Posizione ottimale per andare alle piste o in paese. helpful and polite staff, well-kept and welcoming structure, rooms not very large but clean and functioning, restaurant very very good. Optimal position to go to the slopes or to the village.

Tutta la notte passata a svegliarsi e bere per bocca secca, mia figlia ha preso pure tosse... V	Vincenzo Ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non condivido quello che ha scritto la signora Annarita Vorraro e spiego anche il perché: ho soggiornato nell'albergo negli stessi giorni della signora e purtroppo la situazione è stata uguale per tutti, c'è stata una BUFERA DI NEVE e non è stata una semplice nevicata e basta. L'albergo ha fatto il possibile per aiutare gli ospiti ma purtroppo alla natura non si può andare contro, la bufera c'era ed è stato un problema per tutto, anche per l'albergo stesso. Da parte mia ho visto semplicemente delle persone che lavoravano, che cercavano di contenere il panico di tutti, che nonostante tutto sorridevano! Io mi sono trovato benissimo. Si mangia da Dio, le camere sono calde, spaziose, confortevoli. Nell'aria si sente aria di casa, lo staff è stato disponibile per qualunque mia esigenza, anche quando la notte, non trovando il mio caricabatterie, sono sceso alla hall e mi hanno prestato un loro caricabatterie. Che dire, esperienza stupenda, lo consiglio a tutti... E non credete alle recensioni negative! The hotel has done everything possible to help its guests but unfortunately you cannot go against nature, the storm was there and it was a problem for everything, even for the hotel itself. For my part I have simply seen people who worked, who tried to contain everyone's panic, who despite everything were smiling! I had a great time. You eat from God, the rooms are warm, spacious, comfortable. In the air you feel the air of home, the staff was available for any of my needs, even when at night, not finding my charger, I went down to the hall and they lent me their charger. What can I say, wonderful experience, I recommend it to everyone ... And don't believe the negative reviews!

Massima tranquillità, pulizia, organizzazione, ottima cucina, servizi e sopratutto eccellente accoglienza!!! A soli 5 min dagli impianti sciistici e dal parco nazionale d’Abruzzo!! Bellissima esperienza!!! SUPER CONSIGLIATA sia a coppie che famiglie !!!!! We stayed two nights and I can tell you that it was wonderful days. Maximum tranquility, cleanliness, organization, excellent cuisine, services and above all excellent hospitality !!! Just 5 minutes from the ski resorts and the Abruzzo National Park !! Beautiful experience !!! SUPER RECOMMENDED for both couples and families !!!!!

In struttura non sono dotati di un veicolo che possa aiutare le auto e le persone che non riescono a salire con la neve. Anzi, anche con modi arroganti, dopo che 5 veicoli sono rimasti in salita, e tutte le persone sono scese a piedi sotto la neve, con bambini piccoli per più di un km, tutti bagnati freddi e molto stanchi, siamo stati aggrediti, con voci alte, dicendoci che non sapevamo portare le auto! L'unica cosa che ci hanno chiesto, ancora prima di entrare, il saldo del soggiorno! Una volta entrati in camera, la nostra puzzava di muffa, i letti erano molto vecchi, e i cuscini con tutta la biancheria molto datati e mal ridotti! Abbiamo cenato, chiamato noi lo spazzaneve e le forze dell'ordine, perché avevamo sempre le auto ferme sulla salita, l'albergo non ha saputo gestire la nevicata, anzi non ha fatto nulla, inoltre per i bagagli siamo scesi a piedi sempre sotto la nevicata per prenderli dall'auto. Abbiamo cenato e notato che servivano in modo disordinato e sempre con poco garbo. Il giorno dopo, a colazione, abbiamo notato che gli avanzi nei piatti già serviti, li rimettevano nel buffet! A questo punto ci siamo indignati! Che vergogna!!!! Una struttura carina gestita molto male! Anzi malissimo! Mediocre, they are positioned on a slope, impassable in the snow. We had dinner, we called the snowplow and the police, because we always had the cars stationary on the climb, the hotel was unable to manage the snowfall, indeed it did nothing, furthermore for the luggage we always walked under the snowfall to get them from the car. We had dinner and noticed that they were served in a disordered way and always with little grace. The next day, at breakfast, we noticed that the leftovers in the dishes already served, they put them back in the buffet! At this point we were indignant! What a shame!!!! A nice structure very badly managed! In fact very bad!

Reception cordiale e gentilissima... Il fiore all occhiello è la cucina... Abbiamo mangiato benissimo pietanze abbondanti e gustosissime... Personale di sala cordiale e socievole. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in totale relax e accolti come a casa.... Ci torneremo sicuramente ?? Clean and welcoming structure suitable for families ... A clean room equipped with all comforts .. A playroom for children where they can have fun and socialize .. Friendly and very kind reception ... The flagship is the kitchen ... We ate very well abundant and very tasty dishes ... Friendly and sociable staff. We spent two days in total relaxation and welcomed like at home .... We will definitely be back ??

Colazione nella media, cucina molto buona e personale cordiale e disponibile. Un complimento particolare a Giuseppe il cameriere! Sempre presente e accomodante! Parcheggio ampio, camere pulite e bagni spaziosi. Posizione non troppo lontana dal centro di Pescasseroli ma in zona tranquilla è molto vicina agli impianti, Ci torneremo molto volentieri. We stayed at the Faggio Rosso, an excellent solution for families with children and groups. Average breakfast, very good cuisine and friendly and helpful staff. A special compliment to Giuseppe the waiter! Always present and accommodating! Ample parking, clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. Location not too far from the center of Pescasseroli but in a quiet area is very close to the ski lifts, We will be back very happy.

It is far from town around 15 min walking, but the slope is important and for family with small children this may be a problem. Breakfast is below the average. Cakes were tough all 3 days of my stay here. Food is the worst aspect. A few terrible choices. If you want to stay and visit pescasseroli and the neighbourhood, this place is not recommended.
