From transfers from & back to the airport, comfortable room, fabulous lake views from our balcony, friendly staff who were genuinely happy to help and a delicious breakfast, perfect !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location right in the lake The hotel was so clean and tidy and all the staff were so attentive and helpful. The view from the room balcony over the lake was amazing. I loved our 4 night stay in Lake Garda well worth a visit and definitely stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my fourth visit to this lovely small hotel. I had never visited in December before so it was quite interesting to contrast the differences between visiting in spring/summer and doing so in winter. One big difference is that there are no boats operating on the Lake. The hotel was, as it always is - welcoming, friendly, comfortable and serving delicious food in the restaurant. The staff are so pleasant and kind.
The town of Salo looked very pretty with its Christmas decorations up, with the local hotels, businesses and shops all making such a contribution to this. In my opinion, nobody does style the way the Italians do and I found myself taking dozens of photos of shop windows, exteriors, etc! It was fun to walk around and enjoy the festive spirit. There was a temporary ice rink too. The weather in December proved something of a challenge on two or three days but there were also some beautiful, crisp, sunny days when you could enjoy a coffee sitting outside and gazing at the beautiful snow-capped Monte Baldo range of mountains in the distance. There were few tourists around at this time of year.
I look forward to many more visits to this area and to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of Hotel Duomo is excellent, right on Lake front, and only a few minutes walk from main street. Rooms are very good and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are excellent. I travel a lot in Northern Italy so I will certainly return...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, rooms with lake view are a treat even though rooms are small. I have been staying there since 2013 and been regularly visiting every 3 months. Homely feeling and excellent courteous service by an ever smiling staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel perfectly situated in the middle of Salo´ right by the water. Nice, helpful staff. Good parking solution in garage a short walk away. The rooms was quite small and need some re-decorating but we enjoyed our stay here. It´s a "homey" atmosphere and to open the balcony-doors and see the lake first thing in the morning was amazing. Nice breakfast in a small scale. We recommend this lovely accomodation in Salo´.
