★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to stop and have lunch. Very nice pasta with outstanding sauce served in perfect portions. Thanks to a late lunch (14h30) we were fortunate enough to share a good moment with the owner. The chef, his wife, cooked to perfection the pork jowl from Amatrice (guanciale di Amatrice). At the end, we enjoyed a revisited tiramisu. Atmosphere surrounding the meal was awesome due to the boss sense of humor. Well done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta was fresh, and it seems the rest of the dish was as well. The carbonara was a tad too "yellow, eggy" for my taste. I guess that is a matter of personal opinion, but also the price for the relatively small portion was a bit too high. I was willing to pay for it, however, to experience authentic italian food. The waitresses were very nice and the restaurant is located near the lake. Would totally recommend for anyone that enjoys authentic italian pasta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pasta we've ever eaten. Really worth it. Best ingredients, perfect prepared and served. I can eat Carbonara there every day ? You can try some of complete pasta dishes or mix different pasta types with different sauce.
