Hotel with incredible potential in my opinion, to take care of the cooking and the presentation of the dishes more but I can say that in 15 days I did not die of hunger. Breakfast would be best served by the dining room staff or given the option of having a drink at the bar. Rooms always clean and cleaning staff really helpful ... welcome ok with Vanessa and Ilaria top ... now let's move on to the animation ... engaging, never intrusive with Carlo and Sergio Top village chief and animation chief ... I found 2 friends not two entertainers ... in the co. we had a great time ...

NOT a 4-star hotel, * EXCELLENT rating to the girls at the reception, kind and competent, * GOOD rating for the sea, * DISCREET rating for the seafront, clean and spacious rooms, the restaurant and entertainment for children, * INSUFFICIENT rating for bars, for the beach, for the evening entertainment of children aged 15 and over. * GRAVELY INSUFFICIENT rating for parking cars, without a minimum shelter from the sun and unattended. Sorry but I will not go back.

The strong point of the structure is that it is practically located on the sea, the swimming pool is not very large but still there are umbrellas and sunbeds. There are two large dining rooms, but to date (20 July) only one is functioning (there are not many guests in the structure). At lunch and dinner there is always pizza (very good), the dining room staff is very polite, always attentive and the quality of the food is good. The rooms are not large, but they are well maintained and fairly well maintained. Cleaning is done regularly every day, obviously perfection cannot be expected but all in all they are acceptable (when I noticed something was wrong, the ladies promptly intervened). The beach of the structure is about 10 meters away, it is not very large since the beach point is not very wide (there are only three rows of umbrellas). Unfortunately, the real sore point is the animation .... it is almost non-existent, in the morning you don't see them either on the beach or in the pool, in the afternoon only after 4pm do you start to see someone. Crucially, the guys are also good, but in my opinion they don't have a good guide. I have known style animation for years, in the villages where I have been and where she took care of animation we have always had fun like crazy (Sasà Pernice, Enzo Aversa ...) but here everything seems improvised at the moment ..... The luck of a village is built largely on animation, and here, at the moment they need a miracle !!!

A torture. I don't even know where to start, unreasonable quality / price ratio. -Food: side dishes in oil, cold main courses, nothing fresh, bad fish, the pasta is either raw or overcooked, the snacks of the coop compete with the dessert of a 4-star hotel, endless rows. The only thing that can be saved is the pizza, but to take 2 slices you take at least 7/8 minutes in a row, if you try to take more so as not to re-queue, they look at you badly. (Customers and pizza chef) Not even breakfast is saved, always the same things and little choice, poor and often raw croissants, pies ditto. -Staff: The guys are very young so they sin of experience and professionalism, it is perhaps the first 4-star hotel where they do not help you with your luggage, the cleaning ladies are saved, even if on the fourth day we still had the towels of the first. Returning to the restaurant topic, the staff is not enough, and what there is many times is rude, as if they were doing them a favor for us. I remember one evening a shrimp fell on the ground, I forgot it under the chair and the next day it was still there, now I don't want to nitpick but it certainly indicates little attention in cleaning the room. -Rooms: little to say, welcoming but with a big problem for the rooms opposite the sea view, practically the balcony overlooks the garbage of the hotel, which gives off an unbearable stench in the heat. -Structure: the first big problem is the elevators, there are only 2 in the whole hotel, they are small, slow and old. Practically you also queue to get to your room, 3 floors are not many eh, but a small investment could also do it, let's remember that it is a 4 star. The pool is small, there is only one in the whole hotel, there is little space for deck chairs by the pool so they are all crowded and always full. To conclude, if you have to spend a week at the beach (which the sea is devoid of sand, only stones that are missing in Trieste), look for something else. I absolutely do not recommend.

Very uninformed reservation operator who cannot answer the simplest questions (how far is the hotel from the airport, is there a taxi service that can be used for transfer from the airport to the hotel, as they do not they do this service .....). Technical and important information in order to book a stay for those arriving from other regions! given the poor booking service, I did not book the stay ... Too bad

The immediate access to the sea is one of the strong points, although you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The food is always fresh and varied. very good quality and unboxed.
