★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore troppo rumoroso e nn volevano utilizzare la reperibilità del tecnico per nn pagare. una volta che, dopo varie insistenze, è arrivato.... hanno provato a venderci la scusa che "è normale".... peccato che mio marito è del mestiere. alla fine abbiamo chiesto uno sconto e volevano togliere dal prezzo 27€... dopo un'attesa di 30 minuti abbiamo avuto il piacere di avere un bel 5% di sconto.... oltre a questo... la qualità della camera è mediocre, poche prese, crepe ai muri, porta del bagno rotta, vetro del lavandino rotto, la porta finestra nn si chiude a chiave, pulizia della camera da migliorare (la signora gentilissima, ma è rimasta l'impronta di una mano nelle piastrelle del bagno per tutta la settimana). il personale in reception è sempre sulla difensiva per qualsiasi cosa che viene chiesta. ahhh e ultima cosa nel sito c'è scritto che per una prenotazione di almeno 4 notti si ha in omaggio un ingresso alle piscine talassoterapiche.... allora.... lo devi chiedere e fanno finta di nn saperlo... l'ingresso è solo per 1 ora... le piscine all'interno sono chiuse causa COVID e quindi l'ingresso è riferito solo alle 2 piscine piccolissime dell'esterno..... e alla fine hanno pure cercato di farmelo pagare.... è uno dei migliori alberghi di san bartolomeo e si perdono in questi bicchieri d'acqua....
 we had a problem with the air conditioner that was too noisy and they didn't want to use the technician's availability to pay. once, after several insistences, he arrived .... they tried to sell us the excuse that "it's normal" .... it's a pity that my husband is a professional. in the end we asked for a discount and they wanted to remove 27 € from the price ... after waiting for 30 minutes we had the pleasure of having a nice 5% discount .... on top of that ... the quality of the room is mediocre, few sockets, cracks in the walls, broken bathroom door, broken sink glass, the French door does not lock, room cleaning needs improvement (the very kind lady, but a handprint remains in the tiles of the bathroom for the whole week). the reception staff are always on the defensive for anything that is asked. ahhh and last thing on the site it says that for a booking of at least 4 nights you get a free entrance to the thalassotherapy pools .... so .... you have to ask and they pretend not to know ... entrance is only for 1 hour ... the indoor pools are closed due to COVID and therefore the entrance refers only to the 2 very small outdoor pools ..... and in the end they even tried to make me pay ... . is one of the best hotels in San Bartolomeo and get lost in these glasses of water ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavamo di essere in un albergo 4 stelle ma quando siamo arrivati, la camera era sporca, un ragno presente per 1 settimana, la tenda rotta, il rubinetto del bagno rotto, la serratura della camera rotta, il materasso scomodo. Se dovete prendere qualcosa al bar e meglio che uscite perche prima che vengono a servirvi passano ore e poi nel tragitto dal tavolo al bar si sono dimenticati quello che avete ordinato. Una settimana 3000 euro. Sconsigliato, spendete meglio i voștri soldi. Per quanto ci riguarda, mai piu.
We thought we were in a 4 star hotel but when we arrived, the room was dirty, a spider present for 1 week, the curtain broken, the bathroom faucet broken, the room lock broken, the mattress uncomfortable. If you have to grab something at the bar you better go out because hours pass before they come to serve you and then on the way from the table to the bar they have forgotten what you ordered. One week 3000 euros. Not recommended, spend your money better. As far as we are concerned, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non mai stata un'ospite del Hotel, ma del centro benessere gestito dalla bravissima e preparatissima Catarina. Il centro si presenta,fin da subito,un luogo di tranquillità,di relax, il profumo dei cosmetici usati per i trattamenti,il silenzio, l'impeccabile pulizia poi rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È possibile prenotare,in reception, ogni tipo di trattamento estetico, dall'epilazione alla pedicure, ma anche dei fantastici massaggi. Shiatsu-Tuina , Massaggio relax, Riflessologia plantare, connettivale eccetera. In questo Hotel inoltre è possibile fare la Talasso terapia nelle vasche che si affacciano proprio sul centro benessere. E poi sauna, idromassaggio,trattamenti con olio d'oliva taggiasca, chi più ne ha né metta. Io lo frequento da molti anni e consiglio a tutti di andare a godere di uno dei trattamenti. Complimenti davvero a Catarina, una professionista seria, una risorsa per questo bellissimo Hotel che di certo ha una marcia in più rispetto agli altri.
I state that I have never been a guest of the Hotel, but of the wellness center managed by the talented and highly trained Catarina. The center is immediately a place of tranquility, relaxation, the scent of the cosmetics used for the treatments, the silence, the impeccable cleanliness then make the stay even more pleasant. It is possible to book, at the reception, every type of aesthetic treatment, from epilation to pedicure, but also fantastic massages. Shiatsu-Tuina, Relax massage, Foot reflexology, connective tissue and so on. In this hotel it is also possible to do Thalasso therapy in the pools that overlook the wellness center. And then sauna, whirlpool, treatments with Taggiasca olive oil, so on and so forth. I have been attending it for many years and I recommend everyone to go and enjoy one of the treatments. Congratulations indeed to Catarina, a serious professional, a resource for this beautiful hotel that certainly has an edge over the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo albergo, uno dei migliori che ho frequentato. La nostra camera (398) era superlativa, con vista mare perfetta. Qualità prezzo molto buoni: nella riservazione è compresa la spiaggia ed il parcheggio esterno. Pulizia delle camere perfetta, cucina ottima, avevamo la mezza pensione. Anche se siamo stati in settembre abbiamo potuto degustare orata, branzino e gamberoni. Unico neo sulla cucina è che i piatti sono contati. Abbiamo chiesto 2 volte qualcosa di diverso e la risposta è stata che non si poteva scegliere fuori da quello precedentemente ordinato, peccato! Ottime le spa esterne, molto rilassanti.
Camerieri simpatici ma che potrebbero fare di più. Molte volte bisogna andare a cercarli per avere un cocktail o un semplice caffé. Comanda via Whatsapp in spiaggia non molto comoda.
Padrona molto simpatica e attenta che tutto funzioni al meglio.
Sicuramente ci torneremo ancora.

Great hotel, one of the best I have attended. Our room (398) was superb, with a perfect sea view. Very good price quality: the beach and outdoor parking are included in the reservation. Perfect room cleaning, excellent cuisine, we had half board. Even though we were there in September we were able to taste sea bream, sea bass and prawns. The only drawback about the kitchen is that the dishes are counted. We asked twice for something different and the answer was that you could not choose out of what was previously ordered, too bad! Excellent outdoor spas, very relaxing.
Nice waiters but they could do more. Many times you have to go looking for them to have a cocktail or a simple coffee. Command via Whatsapp on the not very convenient beach.
Very nice and careful mistress that everything works at its best.
We will definitely be going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel caravelle, ha appagato le mie aspettative... Devo fare un appunto le porzioni soprattutto a cena sono piccole.
Personale gentile e cordiale...
Secondo appunto a volte succedeva che i camerieri si dimenticassero l'ordine fatto... Ma questo veniva cancellato dalla bellezza del hotel... Perché poi alla fine sei in vacanza certo che... Camere pulite accoglienti vista mare che è a pochi passi dal hotel senza contare piscine vasca idromassaggio e altri servizi da provare costi sono giusti.
Variano ovviamente.

Hotel caravelle, has fulfilled my expectations ... I have to make a note of the portions especially at dinner are small.
Nice and friendly staff ...
According to note, sometimes it happened that the waiters forgot the order made ... But this was canceled by the beauty of the hotel ... Because then in the end you are on vacation certain that ... Clean comfortable rooms with sea view which is a few steps away from the hotel without counting pools, hot tubs and other services to try costs are fair.
They obviously vary.
I spent a nice, peaceful and happy holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly we booked this hotel for the Spa, an 80th birthday present from my grand daughter and a treat from me for my daughter recovering from serious illness. I explained this over the telephone and they kindly sent a full list of treatments. I also told them I was a wheelchair user and a sked if the lift was near the bedroom, they said yes but did not explain this hotel was not suitable for wheelchair users as most hotels in Italy do. we were told there were NO appointments ALL week, we were bitterly disappointed to say the least, Alli can say is they must have been invisible clients and invisible staff, because I only saw one other person having a treatment, after much argument they offered a relaxing
massage. No fault with facilities for young families and able bodied people, but I felt I have wasted my money totally

The breakfast and dinner buffet was the same for a week and barely any taste
The dinner menu was awful, definitely no italian inspiration
The positive reviews you read might be owners by the hotel
The only nice thing is the view and the outdoor pool
We paid 1300€ each for a week and it’s definitely way overpriced
No slippers no bathrobe they wanted to charge an extra 10€ for thalassso pool
