Die Küche ist hervorragend, das Personal superfreundlich und der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Very nice family run hotel. From the first moment you feel very comfortable here. The kitchen is excellent, the staff super friendly and the wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. I can only recommend. Possibilità di massaggi. Personale cordiale ,cucina ottima . Peccato che con la mia schiena non ho goduto delle passeggiate a piedi, mi sono limitato a visitare i paesi limitrofi. Ma a parte questo mio handicap, lo consiglio. Grazie a tutto il personale. A presto, Francesco e Mirca For those who want to relax out of the chaos it is the ideal place, possibility of many trekking or cycling routes and at the end of the day relaxation in the spa with swimming pool and saunas. Possibility of massages. Friendly staff, excellent cuisine. Too bad that with my back I did not enjoy walking, I limited myself to visiting the neighboring countries. S	Sinalko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich, haben in Alpenland Hotel drei wunderschöne Nächte verbracht und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Wellness und Sauna sind ziemlich neu, sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist ein Traum und die Lage ist hervorragend um zu entspannen und Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Unser Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig gewesen. Aber dafür haben andere Sachen gepunktet. Wir hatten Halbpension und somit jeden Abend einen wunderschönen und leckeren Fünfgänge Menü. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was man sich wünscht und auf Nachfragen für Extras ist man uns sehr entgegen kommen. Beim auschecken wurden wir freundlich von der Familie Kuprian verabschiedet.
S	Spirito Libero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato la settimana di capodanno 2021, posto veramente meraviglioso, molto accogliente in tutti sensi, sia i proprietari che il personale molto gentili e disponibili , la zona Spa Benessere deliziosa e rilassante, pulizia impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti, e COMPLIMENTI al CUOCO, una cucina di prima classe, cibo di ottima qualità ed eleganza ogni sera piatti diversi, la colazione a buffet con varietà di scelta di dolci e salato, ci siamo trovati benissimo ritorneremo volentieri, eccellente qualità prezzo, lo raccomandiamo senz'altro, non gli do 5 stelle perche noi eravamo in camera vista bosco che purtroppo ci sono altre costruzioni di fronte che rovinano il panorama ma le camere viste montagna hanno una panoramica incantevole. We stayed the week of New Year's Eve 2021, a truly wonderful place, very welcoming in all senses, both the owners and the staff very kind and helpful, the delightful and relaxing Spa Wellness area, impeccable cleanliness in all environments, and CONGRATULATIONS to the COOK, a first class cuisine, excellent quality food and elegance every evening different dishes, the breakfast buffet with variety of choice of sweet and savory, we had a great time we will be back gladly, excellent quality price, we definitely recommend it, I don't give it 5 stars because we were in the forest view room which unfortunately there are other buildings opposite that ruin the view but the mountain view rooms have an enchanting view.

Außerdem sollten dringend die Altersbeschränkung im Saunabereich durchgesetzt werden. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig, sodass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstanden hat. Overall nice hotel with friendly staff and good food. The spa area could offer a lot more. In addition, the age restriction in the sauna area should urgently be enforced. Our room was unfortunately very badly soundproofed, so that you could understand every word the neighbors said.
C	Christopher S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Aufenthalt in familiärer Atmosphäre! Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und zweckmäßig mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas größer sein, da war es doch etwas voll und die Saunen sind nur nachmittags geöffnet. Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich und alle Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nice stay in a family atmosphere! We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was large, clean and functional with an amazing view. The wellness area could be a bit bigger, since it was a bit crowded and the saunas are only open in the afternoon. The food was excellent and very varied and all the employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
