Servizio ottimo; personale molto disponibile; il titolare ci ha messo subito a nostro agio; cibo buonissimo compresi i dolci. Siamo tornati altre volte e sicuramente lo consiglierei! Very nice place nestled in the historic center of Pofi. Great service; very helpful staff; the owner immediately put us at ease; yummy food including desserts. We have been back other times and would definitely recommend it!

Il menù è ricercato e cambia spesso per garantire sempre prodotti di stagione. Questa volta ho preso come antipasto millefoglie di pane con mousse di ricotta di bufala, miele, noci e fichi secchi; a mio avviso, accoppiata vincente dal sapore avvolgente, dove la dolcezza del miele e dei fichi si sposa benissimo con la ricotta e il pane croccante. Come primo invece cannelloni al cabernet ripieni con ragù di bufala e mousse di pecorino romano. Anche in questo caso i sapori si amalgano alla perfezione lasciando modo, al tempo stesso , di gustare ogni ingrediente. "Dulcis in fundo", per chi come me ama i sapori intensi e tipici dei mesi invernali vi consiglio lo strudel di mele, un trionfo di sapore che vi scalderà l'anima e il cuore. Quality, freshness and delicacy are the keywords that characterize this restaurant. The menu is sophisticated and changes often to always guarantee seasonal products. This time I took as an appetizer millefeuille of bread with buffalo ricotta mousse, honey, walnuts and dried figs; in my opinion, a winning combination with an enveloping flavor, where the sweetness of honey and figs goes very well with ricotta and crispy bread. As a first course, cannelloni with cabernet stuffed with buffalo ragout and pecorino romano mousse. Also in this case the flavors blend perfectly, leaving the opportunity, at the same time, to taste each ingredient. "Last but not least", for those like me who love the intense and typical flavors of the winter months I recommend the apple strudel, a triumph of flavor that will warm your soul and heart.

Locale bellissimo nel punto più alto del centro storico di Pofi, immerso in uno scenario medievale di altri tempi con un panorama unico. Il proprietario Manuel è gentile e molto competente, ti fa sentire accolto nel migliore dei modi così come anche il personale di sala. Lo chef Adriano cucina e compone piatti deliziosi, il cibo è di ottima qualità. Una conferma continua. Consigliatissimo!! I have been many times in this Hostaria. Beautiful place in the highest point of the historic center of Pofi, immersed in a medieval scenery of other times with a unique panorama. The owner Manuel is kind and very competent, he makes you feel welcomed in the best way as well as the dining room staff. Chef Adriano cooks and composes delicious dishes, the food is of excellent quality. A continuous confirmation. Highly recommended !!

Ho preso un menù molto buono ed equilibrato Polpettina fritta di baccalà su crema di zucca e amaretto, risotto zafferano porcini e speck E una tagliata al sangue di cube roll. Il personale è gentile, alla mano... Insomma mi sono sentito a casa, consiglieri a tutti di passare per pofi e provare questo ristorante! Qui si può fare dall'aperitivo con vista panoramica del sole che tramonta, per passare poi alla cena con sapori e gusti che si mischiano tra tradizione e modernità, e per finire il dopocena offre una vasta varietà di gin e non solo. Consigliatissimo I was in this place for the first time with friends. Amazing. Here you can have an aperitif with a panoramic view of the setting sun, then move on to dinner with flavors and tastes that mix between tradition and modernity, and finally the after dinner offers a wide variety of gin and more. Il locale offre l'arte della vera cucina ciociara con rivisitazione in chiave moderna e l'accoglienza è impeccabile. Qui ti senti come a casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Insomma nulla da dire, solo da provare. Place located in a medieval context, in one of the most beautiful villages of the Ciociaria that offers a breathtaking panoramic view especially at sunset. The restaurant offers the art of true Ciociaria cuisine with a modern reinterpretation and the welcome is impeccable. Here you feel at home. Excellent value for money.
