★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza brutta perché ho perso mia mamma in questa struttura...ma il personale e la struttura sono da mettere al primo posto della sanità pubblica a disposizione di tutti. Dal 2012 il mio 5x1000 è per loro e non posso che parlarne bene a tutti.
Bad experience because I lost my mom in this structure ... but the staff and the structure are to be put at the first place of public health available to everyone. Since 2012 my 5x1000 is for them and I can only speak well of it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie a questa struttura mia mamma ha passato gli ultimi momenti della sua vita in un ambiente sereno, curato e accogliente.
Con questo progetto nato per i malati terminali, siete riusciti a prendervi cura non solo del malato ma anche di noi familiari.
Già da casa è stata seguita con grande umanità, cura e dedizione dagli infermieri, i medici e gli operatori che poi l’hanno accompagnata fino all’ultimo giorno.
La camera ricorda un ambiente familiare dove ha trascorso in tranquillità i giorni che le mancavano.
In particolare un grazie alla dottoressa Florian, a due persone speciali, gli infermieri Claudia e Matteo e ai dottori che ci sono stati vicini.
Grazie a tutti voi di esserci!

Thanks to this structure my mom spent the last moments of her life in a serene, well-kept and welcoming environment.
With this project born for the terminally ill, you have managed to take care not only of the patient but also of us family members.
Already from home she was followed with great humanity, care and dedication by the nurses, doctors and operators who then accompanied her until the last day.
The room is reminiscent of a familiar environment where she spent the days she missed in peace.
In particular thanks to Dr. Florian, to two special people, the nurses Claudia and Matteo and to the doctors who were close to us.
Thank you all for being there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che Dio vi benedica tutti quanti. Le persone che recensiscono negativamente questo luogo (pochi per fortuna), si dimostrano essere del tutto ignoranti. Si sa bene che le cure palliative non porteranno certo il paziente a guarigione, e di che vi lamentate?? Avete a disposizione una struttura in ordine, pulita, bellissima con un team preparato di dottori e volontari prima di tutto umani, che sanno accompagnare i vs. cari e le famiglie stesse verso la fine, e per giunta lo avete gratuitamente.
Ho già avuto un'esperienza qui, quando morì mio nonno 5 anni fa e chiesi espressamente ad amici e parenti denaro al posto dei classici fiori/corone che a nulla servono, per donare alla struttura il ricavato ed aiutarli a mantenere questo splendido servizio. Oggi hanno ricevuto la mia povera nonna, e sono sicura che le daranno amore e sostegno durante i suoi ultimi giorni, diversamente da quanto invece ha fatto l'ospedale che l'ha dimessa in condizioni pessime e verso cui prenderò i dovuti provvedimenti. Mai visto persone così, a far un lavoro così brutto e impegnativo, sempre con il sorriso sul volto. Queste si che sono strutture per cui la sanità italiana dovrebbe andare fiera. Grazie, di nuovo vi riconoscerò una donazione, ed invito tutti a farlo per permettere a strutture così di esistere.
May God bless you all. People who negatively review this place (fortunately few), prove to be completely ignorant. It is well known that palliative care will certainly not bring the patient to recovery, and what are you complaining about? You have at your disposal a tidy, clean, beautiful structure with a trained team of doctors and volunteers first of all human, who know how to accompany the Vs. loved ones and families themselves towards the end, and what's more, you get it for free.
I already had an experience here, when my grandfather died 5 years ago and I specifically asked friends and relatives for money instead of the classic flowers / crowns that are useless, to donate the proceeds to the structure and help them maintain this splendid service. Today they received my poor grandmother, and I am sure they will give her love and support during her last days, unlike what the hospital did, which discharged her in very bad conditions and towards which I will take the necessary measures. I've never seen people like this, doing such a bad and demanding job, always with a smile on their face. These are structures that Italian health care should be proud of. Thank you, again I will recognize a donation to you, and I invite everyone to do so to allow such structures to exist.
