Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Fabriano dispone di un suggestivo giardino dove mangiare all'aperto e di una antica grotta interna. I ragazzi, molto simpatici e cordiali, ci mettono il massimo impegno nella gestione e si nota subito nel servizio e nella qualità dei piatti proposti. Si mangia la cucina marchigiana in chiave moderna e nei weekend c'è una bella proposta di pesce. A noi sono piaciuti molto i gamberoni alla brace con lardo e la tartara di manzo battuta a mano. Buoni anche il tagliere con i prodotti del territorio e la millefoglie di baccalà mantecato. Anche i dolci sono stati molto buoni anche se mi sarebbe piaciuta una proposta un po' più sfiziosa. The place is really very nice. Located in the heart of the historic center of Fabriano, it has a suggestive garden for outdoor dining and an ancient internal cave. The guys, very nice and friendly, put their maximum effort into the management and you immediately notice in the service and in the quality of the dishes offered. The cuisine of the Marche is eaten in a modern way and on weekends there is a nice fish proposal. We loved the grilled prawns with lard and the hand-beaten beef tartare. The platter with local products and the millefeuille of creamed cod are also good. The desserts were also very good even if I would have liked a slightly more delicious proposal.

Cibo di alta qualità e porzioni sorprendentemente abbondanti. Mi hanno conquistata dall’antipasto al dolce. Di sicuro ritornerò presto. Ottime le linguine al pesto di rucola e ottimo i dolci della casa. Un consiglio. Nella parte interna del locale troverete un sotterraneo che vale la pena di percorrere. A pleasant surprise. A step away from the historic center of the city of Fabriano I discovered a refined, delicate cuisine with genuine flavors. High quality food and surprisingly large portions. They won me over from appetizer to dessert. For sure I will be back soon. Excellent linguine with rocket pesto and excellent homemade desserts. An advice. In the internal part of the room you will find an underground that is worth going through.

I prezzi sono un po' alti, ma ne vale la pena. Durante la stagione estiva deve essere stupendo mangiare all'aperto nel patio...per ora 4 stelle! Excellent restaurant with really well-finished interior rooms, courteous service and a rich, varied menu and locally produced raw materials. The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it. During the summer it must be wonderful to eat outside on the patio ... 4 stars for now!

Antipasto con Uovo cotto a 65 gradi allo scorzone e primo con tagliatelle allo scorzone buonissime, seguiti da un filetto di carne e battuta di manzo eccellenti. Notevole anche la carta dei vini. I dolci un ottimo modo per poter concludere in bellezza, accompagnati da un limoncello homemade! Conto giusto. Consigliatissimo Resounding! A dinner of excellent quality, dishes prepared with wisdom, enhancing the raw materials. Appetizer with egg cooked at 65 degrees with scorzone and first course with very good tagliatelle allo scorzone, followed by an excellent fillet of meat and beef. The wine list is also noteworthy. Valida la scelta di mettere dei materiali fonoassorbenti sul soffitto che sono ben integrati nell'arredamento del locale. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, un secondo e poi dei dolci. Tutto molto buono sia nella cura delle materie prime che nella presentazione dei piatti. Buona anche la scelta della carta dei vini. Un plauso al servizio veloce, attento e cordiale. Infine buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.
