Per cui informatevi prima se il panorama esistente rimarrà tale. Nice place, quiet, in the open countryside and with a beautiful view ... Obviously without a car you don't go anywhere. Posizione strategica (se in possesso di automobile), panorama bellissimo e case rifinite. Purtroppo però ci sono le seguenti problematiche da segnalare: costi di condominio esagerati oltre le aspettative del vivere in una casa green, fotovoltaico in funzione da solo un anno senza avere un reale valore aggiunto, orto consegnato dopo due anni dall'acquisto e non ultimo nella zona di Settebagni si registrano frequenti sbalzi di corrente.
