A	Andrea Dei Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Viaggio prenotato dal titolare Massimiliano, cosiddetto esperto sulla Grecia. Le nostre richieste erano: volo Venezia - Santorini, trasferimento a Milos in traghetto, 3 notti a Milos e poi altro traghetto per Santorini, 4 notti li e volo di ritorno da Santorini per Venezia. Beh, con la sua superficialità e presunzione, ha sbagliato prenotando il volo per e da Mykonos (?) invece che Santorini, successivamente dopo la nostra pressione ha lasciato solo l'andata per Mykonos e ritorno da Santorini. Dopodiché ci siamo dovuti arrangiare noi per il deposito bagagli a Mykonos prima del traghetto di ben 4 ore per Milos (quando da Santorini sarebbero state 2) poiché abbiamo dovuto girare per 6 ore a Mykonos per aspettarlo. Ovviamente lui ci aveva detto che partiva dal porto nuovo ed invece partiva dal porto vecchio, menomale che ci siamo informati da soli sennò ce lo faceva perdere. Una volta arrivati a Milos, nessun transfer prenotato, nessun avvertimento ai titolari dell'appartamento che saremmo arrivati in tarda serata. Anche lì ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Una volta a Santorini, nessun transfer pure qui, ci aveva prenotato una stanza vecchia e minuscola in un bel hotel, per fortuna tramite la mia agenzia ce la siamo fatta cambiare. Unico transfer prenotato? Uno di 5 minuti, dall'hotel all'aeroporto di Santorini. Un consiglio? State alla larga da questa agenzia, prenotate da soli che tanto sarebbe la stessa cosa. Bad experience. Trip booked by the owner Massimiliano, the so-called expert on Greece. Our requests were: flight Venice - Santorini, transfer to Milos by ferry, 3 nights in Milos and then another ferry to Santorini, 4 nights there and return flight from Santorini to Venice. Well, with his superficiality and presumption, he made a mistake booking the flight to and from Mykonos (?) Instead of Santorini, then after our pressure he left only the one way to Mykonos and back from Santorini. After that we had to arrange for the luggage storage in Mykonos before the 4 hour ferry to Milos (when from Santorini it would have been 2) since we had to wander around Mykonos for 6 hours to wait for him. Obviously he had told us that it departed from the new port and instead departed from the old port, luckily we found out for ourselves otherwise he made us lose it. Once we arrived in Milos, no transfers booked, no warning to the owners of the apartment that we would be arriving late in the evening. There too we had to make do. Once in Santorini, no transfer even here, he had booked us an old and tiny room in a nice hotel, luckily through my agency we had it changed. Only transfer booked? One of 5 minutes, from the hotel to Santorini airport. An advice? Stay away from this agency, book yourself as it would be the same thing.
