★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo da evitare assolutamente..... Non ho comprato la moto da loro ma ho fatto tutti i tagliandi da loro.... Ad un certo punto ho dovuto fare un intervento in garanzia ma la concessionaria Ganassin dopo avermi rimandato più volte l'intervento mi ha risposto che la honda non gli dava risposta e che mi sarei dovuto rivolgere dove l'ho comprata.... Successivamente ho dovuto cambiare la catena corona e pignone sempre da loro e dopo svariati km mi sono accorto che il pignone ballava... Sono tornato da loro e me lo hanno stretto mettendoci degli spessori... Risultato? Ho perso il bullone e lo spessore. Roba da rimetterci le penne.... Il pignone era completamente libero. Sono ritornato da loro e mi hanno messo uno spessore e la vite.... Faccio circa 60 km e mi accorgo che si era mollato in altra volta... Vado alla concessionaria Tottene dove ho comprato la moto e mi dicono che gli spessori e la vite che hanno montato non vanno bene inquanto il pignone non è allineato e lavora male quindi lo spessore cede. Adesso giudicate voi.... Per quanto mi riguarda sono degli incapaci.... poi che siano gentili conta poco se non sanno lavorare.
 Bad to avoid absolutely ..... I did not buy the bike from them but I did all the coupons from them .... At one point I had to make a warranty intervention but the Ganassin dealership after sending me the intervention replied that the honda did not give him an answer and that I would have to go to where I bought it .... Then I had to change the sprocket and sprocket chain from them and after several km I realized that the sprocket was dancing. .. I went back to them and they tightened it by putting shims on it ... Result? I lost the bolt and shim. Stuff to lose your feathers .... The pinion was completely free. I went back to them and they put a shim and the screw on me .... I do about 60 km and I realize that he had given up in another time ... I go to the Tottene dealership where I bought the bike and they tell me that the thicknesses and the screw they have mounted does not fit as the pinion is not aligned and works poorly, therefore the thickness gives way. Now judge for you .... As far as I'm concerned they are incapable .... then that they are kind counts for little if they don't know how to work.

Ho trovato sempre massima gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità.
Sono sempre puntuali con la consegna preannunciata, dopo l'esecuzione degli interventi.
Mi trovo bene e sono ormai un cliente fisso per la manutenzione della mia Honda.
A richiesta, si occupano anche di fare effettuare la revisione dopo il tagliando, se necessaria.
Oltre alle moto nuove in vendita hanno un'interessante selezione di usate, anche di altre marche, visionabile anche nel loro sito internet.

Mai più andrò da loro .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro più di due anni fa in quanto volevo comprare la mia prima moto, sono stati gentili e l'acquisto è andato liscio senza problemi. Causa pandemia ho usato poco la moto ma in questi due anni ho fatto un tagliando e causa incidente ho portato il veicolo da loro per le riparazioni, il servizio è sempre stato eccellente, per quanto riguarda i prezzi non ho nessun metro di paragone in quanto mi sono sempre rivolto a loro ma mi sembrano ragionevoli, né troppo alti né troppo bassi, il giusto ecco, però il lavoro lo fanno bene e sono soldi ben spesi.
Inoltre al telefono rispondono sempre e subito (cosa che dovrebbe essere scontata ma molti centri assistenza di aziende di vario genere non la pensano così), il cliente viene trattato bene.

In addition, they always answer the phone immediately (which should be taken for granted but many service centers of various types of companies do not think so), the customer is treated well.
