★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto male servizio tecnico e magazzino devo sostituire il lunotto posteriore dopo una settimana è arrivato il lunotto però mancano le guarnizioni al decimo giorno ne sono arrivate solo una parte vedremo in seguito ma la professionalità è un'altra cosa se dovessi cambiare la mia crv con un'altra Honda ci penserei seriamente e comunque non mi rivolgerei al gruppo morini
 Very bad technical service and warehouse I have to replace the rear window after a week the rear window has arrived but the gaskets are missing on the tenth day only a part of it arrived we will see later but the professionalism is another thing if I had to change my crv with a another Honda I would think seriously and in any case I would not turn to the morini group

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato due volte al salone per visionare e acquistare auto nuova , fatto contratto e raccomandato di togliere l'auto dal salone per evitare che altre persone ci salgano in attesa delle targhe ; ieri ritiriamo l'auto...ECCO IL RISULTATO.23/10/2020...peccato non si possa allegare foto..(a volte basterebbe un po' più di attenzione verso il cliente ) PS.24/10/2020.riconsegnata al concessionario per anomalia motore attendiamo esiti..30/10/2020 ancora nessuna notizia...31/10/20 ritirata auto: SPERIAMO SIA TUTTO RISOLTO ??
Went twice to the show to view and buy a new car, contracted and recommended to remove the car from the show to prevent other people from getting on it waiting for the number plates; yesterday we collect the car ... HERE'S THE RESULT. 23/10/2020 ... it's a pity we can't attach photos .. (sometimes a little more attention to the customer would be enough) PS.24 / 10/2020. returned to the dealer due to engine anomaly we await results..30 / 10/2020 still no news ... 31/10/20 car withdrawn: WE HOPE IT IS SOLVED ??

Cosa più grave è che puntano solo a spillarti più soldi possibili cercando di approfittarsi della inesperienza dei clienti.
Spero vivamente di non avere più a che fare con il Gruppo Morini.
(do una stella perchè meno non posso dare)

More serious is that they only aim to take as much money as possible by trying to take advantage of the inexperience of customers.
I sincerely hope not to have anything to do with the Morini Group anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ho portato la macchina per fare il tagliando, molto gentili e i prezzi sono allineati con le altre officine. L'unica cosa che mi ha lasciato un po perplesso che è la prima volta che porto una macchina in officina a fare il tagliando e non mi viene dato un colpo con l'aspirapolvere al interno.... prima volta in più di 10 anni...
I took the car there to do the service, very kind and the prices are in line with the other workshops. The only thing that has left me a bit perplexed is that it is the first time that I take a car to the workshop to do the service and I am not given a blow with the vacuum cleaner inside .... first time in more than 10 years ...
