Simone Di Lelio è un vero professionista e ha permesso di realizzare una situazione di comfort che non si trova nelle altre agenzie. Promossi e in futuro mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro.
 I had a very positive experience despite being wary of real estate brokers in general and with them I rehabilitated the category. Lavorano 12h al giorno dalle ore: 7, 00 del mattino fino alle ore: 19, 00 di sera.
Il Titolare Simone e l'incaricata agli appuntamenti immobiliari Sara sono i pezzi forti di un'azienda che non conosce la concorrenza.
Il mio voto è 5*/ se potevo avrei messo 10* con lode.

They work 12h a day from 7.00 in the morning to 19.00 in the evening.
The owner Simone and the person in charge of real estate appointments Sara are the strong points of a company that does not know the competition.
My vote is 5 * / if I could I would have put 10 * with honors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa agenzia mi hanno aiutato a trovare casa, in zona Casilina. La homeplace è formata da un gruppo di giovani molto competenti nel loro lavoro. In particolare, durante l'acquisizione, sono stato affiancato da un ragazzo di nome Marco, che si è dimostrato un professionista sempre disponibile e sorridente. Davvero un'ottima esperienza.
This agency helped me find a house in the Casilina area. The homeplace is made up of a group of very competent young people in their work. In particular, during the acquisition, I was joined by a guy named Marco, who proved to be an always available and smiling professional. Really a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da incorniciare. I fatti: ho dato all’Homeplace Group di Torre Spaccata l’incarico di vendita del mio immobile durante i primi di gennaio 2022. Sara (una vera e propria macchina da guerra..) si è messa subito in moto lavorando sui clienti potenzialmente interessati alla mia abitazione, Simone (agente immobiliare che auguro a tutti di incontrare sul proprio cammino) è partito in quinta con gli appuntamenti non risparmiandosi in nulla. Risultato: più di venti appuntamenti fatti nel giro di dieci giorni. E dopo appena diciotto giorni, boom: casa venduta. In sintesi: visite nell’immobile iniziate a metà gennaio, proposta d’acquisto (peraltro scandita da ottime condizioni) controfirmata i primi di febbraio. Roba da record, personalmente una cosa del genere non mi era mai accaduta. E non è stato che l’inizio. Dalla raccolta di tutti i documenti necessari alla vendita sino a tutto il resto, Sara e Simone hanno continuato a lavorare indefessamente affinché tutto si chiudesse il prima possibile e al meglio, nel rispetto totale delle esigenze mie e dell’acquirente. Una presenza sensibile, costante e attentissima a ogni dettaglio. E un’assistenza capillare avuta dalle prime firme in agenzia sino a quelle finali del rogito.
Potrei continuare, ma il quadro è chiaro. Un gruppo giovane, intraprendente e professionalissimo (la Homeplace), due punte di diamante (Sara e Simone). Come loro nessuno mai.
Experience to be framed. The facts: I gave the Homeplace Group of Torre Spaccata the task of selling my property in early January 2022. Sara (a real war machine ..) immediately started working on potentially interested customers at my home, Simone (real estate agent whom I wish everyone to meet on their way) started in fifth with the appointments, sparing nothing. Result: more than twenty appointments made in the space of ten days. And after just eighteen days, boom: house sold. In summary: visits to the property started in mid-January, purchase proposal (moreover marked by excellent conditions) countersigned in early February. Record stuff, personally such a thing had never happened to me. And that was just the beginning. From the collection of all the documents necessary for the sale to everything else, Sara and Simone continued to work tirelessly to ensure that everything was closed as soon as possible and in the best possible way, in full respect of my and the buyer's needs. A sensitive presence, constant and very attentive to every detail. And widespread assistance from the first signatures in the agency to the final signatures of the deed.
I could go on, but the picture is clear. A young, enterprising and very professional group (the Homeplace), two spearheads (Sara and Simone). Like them no one ever.

Modifico la recensione come risposta:
Io ho lasciato un semplice commento ad una esperienza negati senza neanche andare nei particolare per non creare troppi danni: questo si è tradotto in assalti telefonici insistenti nella speranza che io tolga la recensione.
Il fatto che alla fine la trattativa sia finita con l'ottenimento dell'appartamento non implica che il fine debba giustificare i mezzi. Non posso credere che un compenso a voi pagato di circa 9mila€ possa giustificare tutti i disagi psicofisici che ho vissuto. Inoltre non mi sognerei mai di chiedere un risarcimento di 500 euro perché a mio parere sarebbero oltremodo insufficienti. Da parte vostra ho avuto solo omissioni, prese in giro e menzogne tutte col fine e nella speranza che la trattativa continuasse; e la giustificazione quale sarebbe? Lo abbiamo fatto per te.
Situazione sbloccatasi solo grazie all'ausilio degli avvocati. In una trattativa di questo genere vi sono 3 parti: venditore intermediario (agenzia) ed acquirente. Se sia il venditore che l'acquirente sono costretti a chiedere il supporto dei propri legali per non vedere lesi i propri interessi dall'intermediario credo che la situazione si spieghi da sola.
Un consiglio per chi legge: prima di firmare un qualsiasi documenti vi mettano davanti fatelo visionare da un avvocato. Saluti.

I edit the review as a response:
I left a simple comment on a denied experience without even going into detail so as not to create too much damage: this has resulted in persistent telephone attacks in the hope that I will remove the review.
The fact that in the end the negotiation ended with the obtaining of the apartment does not imply that the end must justify the means. I cannot believe that a compensation paid to you of about € 9 thousand can justify all the psychophysical discomforts I have experienced. Furthermore, I would never dream of asking for compensation of 500 euros because in my opinion it would be extremely insufficient. On your part I have had only omissions, mockery and lies, all with the aim and in the hope that the negotiation would continue; and what justification would it be? We did it for you.
Situation unlocked only with the help of lawyers. In a negotiation of this kind there are 3 parties: intermediary seller (agency) and buyer. If both the seller and the buyer are forced to seek the support of their lawyers in order not to see their interests harmed by the intermediary, I think the situation is self-explanatory.
A tip for those who read: before signing any documents they put in front of you, have it viewed by a lawyer. Regards.

Grazie a tutto lo staff di homeplace torre maura ed in particolare a Gianluca Croppo, Giulia e Damiano. Abbiamo venduto il nostro appartamento in meno di due mesi grazie alla loro conoscenza del mercato immobiliare. Grande onestà e trasparenza anche nella valutazione degli immobili, vendono e non svendono! Consiglio davvero a tutti questa agenzia.
Professionalism, competence and speed
Thanks to all the staff of homeplace torre maura and in particular to Gianluca Croppo, Giulia and Damiano. We sold our apartment in less than two months thanks to their knowledge of the real estate market. Great honesty and transparency even in the valuation of properties, they sell and do not sell off! I really recommend this agency to everyone.

Sono stato personalmente seguito da Sara e Simone che passo dopo passo mi hanno coadiuvato nella ricerca dell'immobile, in molte visite guidate fatte anche oltre orario lavorativo e nella raccolta di tutta la documentazione utile all'acquisto e non solo. Sara e Simone sono stati davvero gentili e soprattutto professionali e grazie anche alle loro capacità sono riuscito ad acquistar casa in tempi abbastanza celeri e contrariamente alle mie aspettative.
Infine vorrei fare una menzione particolare per Simone che è stato molto paziente e molto preparato seppur giovane e con tanta voglia di fare. Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia e mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro in caso di vendite/acquisti futuri.
I bought a house through this real estate agency, with a young and professional environment. I was personally followed by Sara and Simone who, step by step, assisted me in the search for the property, in many guided tours even after working hours and in the collection of all the documentation useful for the purchase and more. Sara and Simone were really kind and above all professional and thanks to their skills I was able to buy a house quite quickly and contrary to my expectations.
Finally I would like to make a special mention for Simone who was very patient and very prepared even if young and with a great desire to do. I highly recommend this agency and will definitely contact them for future sales / purchases.
