Voglio comunicare l'assoluta incapacità di SANITAS nel fornire non solo servizi di qualità come millantato nel sito ufficiale ed ampiamente garantito all'atto di stipula del contratto, ma neanche i servizi appena sufficienti. Ci siamo infatti trovati ad affrontare l' improvvisa partenza della badante presente presso mia madre per motivi personali. Alle nostre ovvie e pressanti richieste di soluzione del problema ( avremmo accettato di buon grado anche una soluzione tampone in attesa di quella definitiva) la SANITAS ha risposto con balbettii riassumibili con l' esortazione ARRANGIATEVI. Ci eravamo rivolti ad una Cooperativa proprio per evitare di trovarci nella situazione nella quale invece ci troviamo nostro malgrado : in pratica oltre il danno anche la beffa. L' inqualificabile comportamento della SANITAS certifica oltre all' assoluta incapacità organizzativa anche un inesistente spessore etico. Spessore etico che rappresenta un elemento fondamentale nelle operazioni di assistenza delle persone anziane. Bad experience with SANITAS BADANTI. We had turned to a Cooperative precisely to avoid finding ourselves in the situation in which we find ourselves in spite of ourselves: in practice, in addition to injury, also insult. The unspeakable behavior of SANITAS certifies not only absolute organizational inability but also a non-existent ethical depth. Ethical depth that represents a fundamental element in the care operations of the elderly.
