I prodotti locali sono soprattutto le verdure e le carni di coltivazione e di allevamento dell'azienda medesima. L'azienda offre anche prodotti,quali vini e oli locali e non, prodotti gia cotti dell'azienda stessa. La qualità di carni e verdure locali è molto buona. I prezzi sono nella norma; ciò che costa è la consegna a domicilio, se gli ordini sono limitati; viceversa, se acquisti per importi superiori ai 30 euro la consegna è gratuita. Il corriere che consegna la merce, entro certi orari concordati con l'azienda, è generalmente puntuale. Io mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatta degli acquisti fatti. L' ultima consegna quella di ieri sera, due chiamate sempre fatte dal sottoscritto e poi mi dicono che c'è stato un problema e che stavano inviando un altro mezzo, solo che nel frattempo si erano fatte le 21,00. Gente a cena e logicamente ci serviva quello ordinato. Morale della favola, gli ho detto di lasciar perdere e ora martedi prossimo alla consueta chiamata, dirò di cancellarmi come cliente. Servizio clienti pessimo perché alla richiesta di sostituzione con un altro prodotto simile mi è stata negata la possibilità. Ricordavo un azienda agricola più seria. Ordine ricevuto oggi, chiedendo al operatrice se le uova fossero da allevamento all'aperto mi ha assicurato di si. Vedo ora che c'è scritto allevamento a terra vale a dire dentro ad un capannone, e questa è solo una delle cose che non va. Purtroppo questa sarà l'ultima volta. Bisogna essere onesti e sinceri! Acquisto soprattutto la carne da quest’azienda che mi ha sempre fatto fare bella figura anche con gli ospiti. Avendo una bimba di 2 anni faccio molta attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti che le diamo e lei stessa li apprezza, soprattutto i medaglioni di filetto di vitello (li consiglio a tutti i genitori). Il loro punto forte è la garanzia del 100% italiano che ad oggi è sempre più una rarità. Sono rimasto felicemente colpito anche nel provare la scelta dei latticini, in particolare la ricotta e le mozzarelle di bufala, davvero notevoli! Ultima scoperta è stata la carne di bufalo, BUFI’, di cui ero un po’ scettico, ora la compro tutte le settimane e ho detto tutto! I miei complimenti vanno anche al customer service che l’unica volta in cui si è presentato un problema hanno risolto prima di subito. Hanno catalogo incredibilmente vario con una numerica di prodotti senza paragoni che permette di assecondare tutte le esigenze del cliente. Spero di riuscire a provarli tutti! Ho chiamato il giorno dopo e invece di scusarsi mi hanno detto di congelarle e che forse sarebbero passati la settimana seguente a ritirarle... ?? Ma che modo è?? Mai più!!
