Ogni volta c'è qualcosa che non va, data dalla scarsa serietà del personale. Ieri aspettavo una porzione di patatine, l'ho richiesta 3 volte come se non me la volessero dare. E Inoltre, mentre le stavo consumando me le hanno portate via senza chiedere. Dispiace perché potrebbero lavorare molto ma molto di più e meglio, ma lo staff è il loro limite After giving him several opportunities, yesterday's was the last (I'm talking about the PUB side). Si spegne il kart improvvisamente e se la prendono anche con te senza contare che tu paghi! Inoltre se si spegne il tuo kart vengono penalizzati tutti perchè rallentano tutti i kart! Dopo circa 3 giri si spegne il mio kart e quindi di conseguenza rallenta anche il kart della mia ragazza rovinando il giro anche a lei! Quindi non solo io non ho recuperato il tempo perso ma hanno rovinato anche i suoi giri! Infine chiedo almeno il foglio dei giri e rispondono fatti la foto dal monitor! Finchè non cambiano il personale questa struttura rimane pessima! La prima cosa che un cliente chiede di trovare è un personale preparato e garbato! Il personale è davvero pessimo! Fun track! F	Fiona Napolano (Fio77) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo padiglione all'interno del centro commerciale Campania lo trovo davvero innovativo...una bellissima sala giochi ma davvero top la pista di go-kart... è possibile inoltre pranzare o cenare con un panino... i costi della corsa sui kart è abbastanza elevata ma ognitanto si può fare!!! Ovviamente altre persone sono state subito servite, io da persona educata ho aspettato invano. Non ho nulla da dire, ognuno gestisce le proprie attività come meglio crede, io da cliente andrò altrove. Friday evening 22:30, 50 minutes to wait for a technician (I wonder if we will close together?)
