s	serena danese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona posizione. Camere a tema molto carine. Personale disponibile e accogliente. Pecca un po di manutenzione e soprattutto pulizia. Good location. Very nice themed rooms. Helpful and welcoming staff. A bit of maintenance and above all cleaning.

Pas de parking sauf dans la rue s'il y a de la place propriétaire injoignable sauf pour faire encaisser le prix de la chambre avec WC et toilettes à l'extérieur que nous n'avons pas occupée ! Petit déjeuner médiocre. Une adresse A FUIR A disaster ! Closed on arrival obliged to find another accommodation. Dirty and poorly located in a noisy street. No parking except in the street if there is a place owner unreachable except to cash the price of the room with toilet and toilet outside that we have not occupied! Breakfast mediocre. A FUIR address

Le stanze a tema sono veramente particolari, i miei figli hanno apprezzato tantissimo la stanza di Pirati dei Caraibi. Spero di tornare presto per visitare Palermo! Great service, very friendly welcome and the location is really central: we could visit all of Palermo on foot without problems! The themed rooms are really special, my children really enjoyed the Pirates of the Caribbean room. I hope to come back soon to visit Palermo!

C	Carol Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant week staying at the Hollywood Inn B&B. The owner was understanding about our late checkin. I do like how they are not constantly appearing around which gave us the sense of our own space so we could relax. Breakfast is basic but you got pretty much the essentials like bread/spreads/milk/tea/coffee/orange juice/tiramisu (which my husband loves so much). It’s located on a busy street so we didn’t feel too worried when going back in at night. It’s closed to the Central station so transport was very convenient. Upon our checkout, the owner gave us a little goodbye gift (a cute Palermo magnet) which was kind of him. On our second to last day of our stay, we found a restaurant nearby the B&B called Trattoria Trapani (a family run) which serves really good roasted prawns. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the B&B and would recommend it to our friends & families on their visits to Palermo.

I booked this place for two nights and I read that I had to check In sooner than 20h. Due to some problems with my flight, I couldn’t make it on time so I had to book other place for that night. It wasn’t nice, but It was written. Anyone from this place offered help or solution. So I had no choice but to book other B&B. After that, I thought that I could enjoy the second night but as I could not show up the first night, I did lose all the reservation... This is not the end of the world as you can book a room in one minute, but I wouldn’t recommend a place that would not offer any help or solution when things don’t go as planned. I felt badly because in the end I had nothing to do but to pay again.
