Il proprietario Francesco gentilissimo e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Appartamento pulito e con tutte le comodità necessarie. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano dotato di un soggiornino con angolo cottura e balcone, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Aprendo il divano letto in soggiorno per far dormire i due bambini la stanza diventava piuttosto stretta. Per fortuna la struttura è dotata di un'ampia zona esterna con tavolo, sedie, sdraio, divanetti e dondolo in cui si passava gran parte del tempo. Ottimo anche il bagnetto esterno con doccia in prossimità della zona relax. Per raggiungere il centro di San Vito Lo Capo bisogna camminare un pochino, circa 15-20 minuti Very nice villa 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from free parking. We stayed in the first floor apartment with a living room with kitchenette and balcony, double bedroom and bathroom. Opening the sofa bed in the living room to let the two children sleep, the room became quite cramped. Fortunately, the structure has a large outdoor area with table, chairs, deckchairs, sofas and a swing where most of the time was spent. The outdoor bath with shower near the relaxation area is also excellent. To reach the center of San Vito Lo Capo you have to walk a little, about 15-20 minutes

Casa pulita, ordinata, tutto nuovo, anche con un ottimo spazio esterno con la presenza di doccia esterna utilissima. Sicuramente torneremo per rimanere qualche giorno in più! L’appartamento è pulito, luminoso , spazioso e sta a 5 minuti da tutto. Cucina spaziosa e ha tutto necessario. un cortile interno tenuto molto bene, con tanti fiori e lo spazio al aperto. È stato un ulteriore piacere fare la colazione con la vista mare dal nostro soggiorno. Non vedono l’ora di tornare. P.s. Nuccia è un Amore! The apartment is clean, bright, spacious and is 5 minutes from everything. Spacious kitchen and has everything you need. a very well kept inner courtyard, with lots of flowers and open space. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento a piano terra, pulitissimo, dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, wi-fi, scoperto esterno esclusivo con anche una comodissima doccia esterna. Francesco e la sua famiglia sono stati estremamente ospitali, il giorno della partenza abbiamo voluto fare qualche ora di mare dopo il check-out, ci hanno custodito le valigie e soprattutto ci hanno fatto utilizzare una doccia, davvero impagabili. Menzione d'onore per la gentilissima signora che si occupa delle pulizie finali. Data la brevità del soggiorno non abbiamo sfruttato del tutto l'appartamento in cui troverete il necessario per cucinare e anche una lavatrice. Lo consiglio assolutamente anche per soggiorni lunghi. Francesco and his family were extremely hospitable, on the day of departure we wanted to take a few hours at sea after check-out, they kept our suitcases for us and above all they let us use a shower, really priceless. Honorable mention for the very kind lady who takes care of the final cleaning. Given the brevity of the stay we have not fully exploited the apartment where you will find the necessary for cooking and even a washing machine. I absolutely recommend it even for long stays.
