Negazione: Non c'e' un posticino dove sedersi al di fuori della camera. Per la stessa somma si puo' trovare di mollto meglio a San Vito..

Colazione Ottima con vari tipi di briosche,dolci ecc. Le torte sono fatte dalla sig.Lucia,veramente ECCEZIONALI. Pulizie ottime. Il Mare a 30 metri dalla spiaggia. Consigliato. I spent a great week from 09/13/20 to 09/20/20. Room with balcony and mini fridge, air conditioning. Excellent breakfast with various types of croissants, sweets etc. The cakes are made by Mrs. Lucia, truly EXCEPTIONAL. Excellent cleaning. The Sea 30 meters from the beach. Recommended.

Unica pecca un po' il caos nelle ore notturne della gente che passeggia in centro fino a notte fonda. Però se si sceglie il centro, fa parte del gioco... Risolvibile comunque tenendo le finestre chiuse e utilizzando l'aria condizionata! Per il resto camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima con servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Staff super gentile e disponibile! La colazione è la ciliegina sulla torta di una struttura già ottima! Ricca di ogni sfiziosità tipica, cornetti con super farciture e la gioia nelle loro facce vedendoti mangiare era qualcosa di incredibile! Grazie mille per tutto e continuate così! Sempre con il sorriso! Fantastic structure in the center and 2 steps from the sea ... in short, you can't get any better! The only flaw is the chaos at night of the people walking around in the center until late at night. But if you choose the center, it's part of the game ... However, this can be resolved by keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning! For the rest, room equipped with all comforts, spotless with daily cleaning service. Super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast is the icing on the cake of an already excellent structure! Rich in every typical delicacy, croissants with super fillings and the joy in their faces seeing you eat was something unbelievable! Thank you so much for everything and keep it up! Always smiling!

La colazione è stata perfetta, c'era una vastità di scelta dai croissant alle ottime torte della sig. Lucia, servite su un grazioso terrazzino vista mare. La stanza è sempre stata pulitissima. La posizione è ideale, è situata a 30m dal mare ed è in pieno centro le paese di San Vito Lo Capo. Lo consiglio vivamente We spent a wonderful week in this B & B and we had a really good time thanks to the kindness of the owners and staff, always available. The breakfast was perfect, there was a vastness of choice from croissants to Mrs. Lucia, served on a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The room has always been spotless. The location is ideal, it is located 30m from the sea and is in the center of the town of San Vito Lo Capo. I highly recommend it

The breakfast is very good and fresh cakes made the owner were delicious. Rooms were very clean . Looking forward to our next visit.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast on the terrace with a lot of homemade choices.. Negative: Decor and shower were a bit dated but still very clean and well maintained. Can be noisy at night as it's close to some restaurants backdoors..
