Chiedo a loro chi fosse F.J. e il commesso al qule chiedo dice che è lui. Mi dice che arriva subito!! intanto io cerco di vedere piastrelle e attendo..... passata 40 minuti me ne sono andato e il commesso è ancora li che chiacchera con i colleghi fregandosene altamente di noi!!!! pessima esperienza.... notare bene che un altra persona tedesca che è entrata dopo di noi è stata servita subito....... con questo ho detto tutto!!!! Sconsigliatissimo nn ci andate esistono altri posti a Bolzano dove sono professionali nn come qui!!!!! NON CI ANDATE!!!! Se si sovrappongono gli appuntamenti basta dirlo e almeno scusarsi, invece avete avuto il coraggio di telefonarmi dove lavoro ma non per scusarvi del vostro comportamento e di averci fatto aspettare, ma indispettiti per la recensione!!! La telefonata è stata di un arroganza inimmaginabile!!! spero sia chiusa qui!!!! Zero stars !!!! and even less !!! I made an appointment on December 14th for January 13th that they couldn't before, the salesman gives me an appointment at 10:30 am asking me to be punctual because he has to run away at 12, so today I introduce myself and find a group of guys who chat cheerfully joking. I ask them who F.J. and the clerk al qule I ask says it's him. He tells me that he arrives immediately !! meanwhile I try to see tiles and wait ..... after 40 minutes I'm gone and the shop assistant is still there chatting with colleagues highly caring about us !!!! bad experience .... note well that another German person who entered after us was served immediately ....... with that I said everything !!!! Not recommended nn you go there are other places in Bolzano where they are professional nn like here !!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!! If the appointments overlap, just say it and at least apologize, instead you had the courage to call me where I work but not to apologize for your behavior and to have made us wait, but get upset for the review !!! The call was an unimaginable arrogance !!! I hope it is closed here !!!!

G	Gabriele Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schockierend schlecht organisiert!!!!! Habe mit Herrn Messner ausgemacht, dass Sie am Montag die Fliesen legen. Am Montag ist keiner gekommen und telefonisch war er unerreichbar. Am Dienstag hab ich in der Firma angerufen dort sagten sie mir er wird mich gleich zurückrufen... Am Donnerstag ruft er an, dass er diese Fliesen nicht mehr bekommt und schlagt mir andere vor. Am nächsten Mittwoch kommen sie dann endlich die Fliesen legen... Total falsch: - Es wurde zu wenig bestellt daher konnten die Fliesen nicht fertig verlegt werden - Die Fliesen sollten mit Kreuzfuge verlegt werden, stattdessen wurden sie versetzt verlegt. - Es wurde kein Profil am Ende verlegt wie ausgemacht. - Rund um die Türrahmen sind teilweise Löcher wo einfach kein Boden verlegt wurde, diese wurden dann einfach mit Silikon gefüllt. Nachdem ich unfreundlich wurde ist Herr Messner gekommen und hat mir zugesichert, dass am Montag der Fliesenleger kommt und alles richtet. Heute ist Montag und Herr Messner ist im Urlaub und der Fliesenleger wusste nich, dass bei mir etwas zu richten ist. Ich bin also wieder umsonst auf der Baustelle.... Dank Hofer werde ich wahrscheinlich 1 Monat später einziehen und weiß noch nicht wie es ausgehen wird.... Shockingly badly organized !!!!! I arranged with Mr. Messner that you lay the tiles on Monday. Nobody came on Monday and he was unavailable by phone. On Tuesday I called the company and they told me he would call me back right away ... On Thursday he called that he could no longer get these tiles and suggested others to me. The next Wednesday they finally come to lay the tiles ... Totally wrong: - Too little was ordered so the tiles could not be finished - The tiles should be laid with a cross joint, instead they were laid staggered. - No profile was laid at the end as agreed. - There are sometimes holes around the door frames where no floor was laid, these were then simply filled with silicone. After I became unfriendly, Mr. Messner came and assured me that the tiler would come on Monday and fix everything. Today is Monday and Mr. Messner is on vacation and the tiler didn't know that I had to fix something. So I'm back on the construction site for free ... Thanks to Hofer, I'll probably move in 1 month later and don't know how it will turn out yet ....
