★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room with good airco but the restaurant was closed for dinner... Since this was not mentioned, we had to back tot the city center by bike. (7 km).... 3 stars for this hotel Will be a correct rating

The breakfast is horrible you get served old/hard bread and cheese from the day before. The reciptionist is unfriendly and smells like a chimney. The rooms are dusty and the whole place just lost it's charm. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otherwise a very nice hotel but the customer service was very poor for a Four star hotel. Breakfeast was mediocre at best because every day there were the same foods and the selection was very limited. The location was very good with buss and train stations nearby. The hotel was cleaned every day and it was very clean overall. There was some wierd shenanigans with the owner, who would turn of the lights and close the bar when there were still paying customers there. I would say the hotel is not god enough for Four stars and the hotels biggest downfall is the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They switch off all lights starting from 3 p.m, so you walk into a very dark hotel with a depressing atmosphere. The check-in lady was nice although initially I was given a single bedroom when I booked for a double. I did get my double bedroom, but only after I instated. The rooms are big. I'd rate 3 stars and not 4. The views are good. The location is OK (about a 15min bus ride into bozen).
I'd recommend staying here for a lower price.
