Posso capire tutto ma freddezza nell'accoglienza, l'indifferenza nel seguire un cliente, stare a braccia conserte mentre segui una vendita, nemmeno la minima iniziativa di propositività... Forse sono troppo concentrato facendo un lavoro simile in altro settore all'attenzione del cliente così come alla propositività di vendita. Sta di fatto che sono rimasto scioccato dalla totale noncuranza e mancanza di voglia di vendere. Mi spiace tanto ma se avessi simili addetti vendita nel mio mondo chiuderei battenti nel giro di pochi giorni.
Basta così poco per migliorarsi...
I don't question the brand. But the staff. I can understand everything but coldness in welcoming, indifference in following a customer, staying with folded arms while following a sale, not even the slightest initiative of proactivity ... Maybe I'm too concentrated doing a similar job in another sector for the attention of the customer as well as sales proactivity. The fact is that I was shocked by the total carelessness and lack of desire to sell. I'm so sorry but if I had similar sales people in my world I would close my doors in a few days.
It takes so little to improve ...
