β β β β β Disponibilisimi a recuperare una giacca di cui non c'era la taglia richiesta nel negozio di Rosa'. Scambio di telefonate,si appura che il prodotto c'Γ¨. Ci viene detto che verrΓ portato in negozio,ci accordiamo per ritirarlo entro il sabato della settimana successiva (ovvero oggi),ma oggi della giacca non c'Γ¨ traccia. Viene messo anche in dubbio da parte del personale del negozio (voglio sperare che atteggiamenti cosΓ¬ non siano propri del/della titolare)che ci sia stata una conversazione in merito...(chi scrive Γ¨ la testimone del cliente interessato,che per giunta si Γ¨ fatto 150 km oggi per onorare la parola data nel ritirare la merce...). Consiglio di prendere appunti, io nel commercio ci lavoro e dico che capita di sbagliare o dimenticarsi di qualcosa,ma si tenta di rimediare,non si manda via il cliente dicendo "guardi non so cosa dirle". Bocciato.

I recommend taking notes, I work in the business and I say that happens to be wrong or forget something, but try to remedy, do not send the customer away by saying "look I do not know what to say".
