G	G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce séjour a été horrible. A commencer par le parking qui est très exigu. Ensuite, l'accueil n'était pas agréable, j'avais l'impression de déranger. Arrivé à la chambre: pas d'électricité (un problème de plombs). Pas de chance, cette chambre n'a que deux minuscules fenetres dans le toit mansardé (et sans rideaux, la maison au dessus peut voir directement le lit, pas d'intimité). Une fois que l'électricité est revenue, le frigo faisait un bruit infernal (je l'ai débranché!), et j'entendais la télé des chambres voisines. J'ai du mettre de la musique par dessus pour dormir ! La seule chose qui allait c'était la climatisation. Les sanitaires sont vétustes, il a fallu attendre 5 min pour avoir de l'eau tiède. Et là, j'ai découvert un cafard dans le coin, à coté du papier toilette posé au sol. J'ai voulu aller dormir dans ma voiture..... ! Impossible de travailler : pas de wifi à l'étage ! Au final, j'ai poussé l'expérience de prendre le petit déjeuner inclu : personne pour me servir. J'ai demandé à la réception, et tout ce que j'ai eu c'était un expresso, un morceau de gateau industriel et un gobelet d'eau en plastique. J'ai fui directement après, et je n'y reviendrai jamais. J'ai connu des auberges plus agréables ! Je ne comprends pas d'où viennent ces 4 étoiles ?!? J'en donne zéro ! It was a terrible stay. Starting with the parking lot, which is very cramped. Then, the reception was not pleasant, I had the impression of disturbing. Arrived at the room: no electricity (a lead problem). No luck, this bedroom only has two tiny windows in the mansard roof (and without curtains, the house above can see the bed directly, no privacy). Once the electricity came back on, the fridge made an infernal noise (I unplugged it!), And I could hear TV from neighboring rooms. I had to put music on top to sleep! The only thing that worked was the air conditioning. The sanitary facilities are dilapidated, we had to wait 5 minutes for lukewarm water. And there, I discovered a cockroach in the corner, next to the toilet paper on the floor. I wanted to go to sleep in my car .....! Impossible to work: no wifi upstairs! In the end, I pushed the experience of having breakfast included: no one to serve me. I asked at the front desk, and all I got was an espresso, a piece of industrial cake, and a plastic water cup. I fled straight after, and will never be back. I have known nicer hostels! I don't understand where these 4 stars come from?!? I give zero!

Il bagno inoltre vecchio con arredo rotto e mancante. La colazione era meglio farla ad un bar...poca scelta, solo dolce ed anche scadente. Lontanissimo da un quattro stelle The hotel is located in a highly degraded place, the rooms dark, poorly furnished and mostly not clean at all. La mia 3ra sotto tetto con travi in legno in vista dotata di finestre al soffitto ci ha permesso di vedere la cenere che cadeva dall etna. Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel with closed parking. Clean room. My 3ra under roof with exposed wooden beams with ceiling windows allowed us to see the ash that fell from Etna. Friendly and helpful staff.

Camera comoda con terrazzino, ma per nulla insonorizzata, ho sentito la TV del vicino per tutta la notte fino a quando ho buttato giù il muro a pugni. Colazione appena sufficiente. Discreet hotel, small bathroom and in need of maintenance, blocked sink faucet, shower without hose and very "used". Comfortable room with small terrace, but not at all soundproofed, I heard the neighbor's TV all night until I knocked the wall down. Just enough breakfast.

Clean but poorly lit structure, kind staff, at the reception I would like to commend Sebastiano for his professionalism, availability, seriousness and kindness. The restaurant leaves something to be desired.
A	Annalisa Dei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location "storica" lo dice anche il nome quindi non troverete niente di moderno, provvista di parcheggio privato gratuito, montacarichi per i bagagli (che leggendo le recensioni qualcuno ha scambiato per un ascensore), ascensore interno. Camere pulite, con frigo, aria condizionata, TV, phon. Possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante (buonissimo). Quello che fa di questo hotel un 4 stelle non è la struttura, ma di una persona che ne meriterebbe 5 : ANGIE che vi accoglierà al vostro arrivo. Ci ha portato i bagagli, fatto un upgrade gratuito facendoci addirittura scegliere la stanza (e siamo ad agosto eh). Un grazie enorme. Piccola informazione in più : uno dei pochissimi hotel attrezzato a dovere per accogliere persone disabili. What makes this hotel a 4 star is not the structure, but of a person who deserves 5: ANGIE who will welcome you upon your arrival. He took us our bags, made a free upgrade and even made us choose the room (and we are in August eh). A huge thank you. A little more information: one of the very few hotels properly equipped to accommodate disabled people.
