Receptionist che non da la massima priorità ai pazienti, telefoni che squillano e 5-6 persone in fila che smadonnano, “dottori” che invece di arrivare in orario (nell’ambulatorio un ora al giorno, es. dalle 09.00 alle 10.00… il “dottore” arriva SEMPRE alle 10.15, mentre aspetto dalle 09.00 assieme a tantissimi anziani, d’estate, che naturalmente si chiedono come tutto ciò sia possibile ed accettabile). Poi altre cose diciamo “minori”.
Ma è tutto ok, siamo in Italia…

Receptionist who does not give top priority to patients, phones that ring and 5-6 people in line smadonnano, "doctors" who instead of arriving on time (in the clinic one hour a day, eg. From 09.00 to 10.00 ... the " doctor "ALWAYS arrives at 10.15, while I wait from 09.00 together with many elderly people, in the summer, who naturally wonder how all this is possible and acceptable). Then other things we say "minor".
But everything is ok, we are in Italy ...
