★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: porto il nonno per aritmia e una volta scoperta la fibrillazione atriale ( io sono un sanitario e avevo capito subito dall' ecg ) e lo mette in terapia solo con amiodarone (1/2 compressa senza prevedere un carico iniziale ); chiedo in merito alla scoagulazione e mi viene risposto che non serviva il coumadin perchè una volta gli anziani vivevano comunque senza. Tenete conto che l' altissimo rischio tromboembolico è presente nella fibrillazione, e un minimo rischio c'è anche durante la terapia anticoagulante.
Credo che il nucleo dei NAS dovrebbe fare un' ispezione al fine di verificare le condizioni igienico sanitarie e la qualità dei macchinari ( Rx senza referto di un radiologo e macchinario datato privo di segnaletica che avvisa delle radiazioni in corso ); non l'ho denunciato solo perchè avevo come priorità quella di curare il nonno che fortunatamente è stato guarito dalla cardiologia di Mestre.
Pessima esperienza, penso che sia la GDF che i NAS dovrebbero fare un' ispezione
Bad experience: I take my grandfather for arrhythmia and once I have discovered atrial fibrillation (I am a healthcare professional and I immediately understood from the ecg) and he puts him on therapy only with amiodarone (1/2 tablet without foreseeing an initial load); I ask about the coagulation and I am told that the coumadin was not needed because once the elderly lived without it anyway. Keep in mind that the very high thromboembolic risk is present in fibrillation, and there is also a minimal risk during anticoagulation therapy.
I believe that the nucleus of the NAS should make an inspection in order to verify the sanitary conditions and the quality of the machinery (Rx without a radiologist's report and dated machinery without signs that warn of radiation in progress); I did not report him just because my priority was to treat my grandfather who fortunately was healed by the cardiology of Mestre.
Bad experience, I think both the GDF and the NAS should do an inspection
