★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo un centro HILTI per la riparazione del mio avvitatore e sono entrato qui per puro caso (trovato tramite google map). Appena entrato sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'ordine con cui erano sistemati tutti gli articoli ma, soprattutto dalla professionalita' e serieta' del personale.
Nello specifico un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Federico che mi ha fatto entrare nel mondo HILTI descrivendomi tutte le varie opzioni in modo semplice e chiaro.
Una nota piu' che positiva per le tempistiche di riparazione del mio attrezzo ( 3 giorni compresa la spedizione e il ritorno).OK.
I was looking for a HILTI center for the repair of my screwdriver and I entered here by pure chance (found via google map). As soon as I entered I was pleasantly surprised by the order in which all the items were arranged but, above all, by the professionalism and seriousness of the staff.
Specifically, a special thanks to Mr. Federico who made me enter the HILTI world by describing all the various options in a simple and clear way.
A very positive note for the repair times of my tool (3 days including shipping and return). OK.
