★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto assistenza per un componente mercury, ho atteso (invano) per oltre una settimana solo per sapere se era gestibile da loro. Ho smesso di chiamarli quando l'addetta all'assisternza tecnica mi ha invitato a rivolgermi altrove se non potevo attendere le loro tempistiche. Capisco il covid e la mole di lavoro ma nemmeno trovare 10 minuti per fornirmi un informazione l'ho trovato davvero poco professionale.
Asked for assistance with a mercury component, I waited (in vain) for over a week just to find out if it was manageable by them. I stopped calling them when the technical assistant invited me to go elsewhere if I couldn't wait for their timing. I understand the covid and the amount of work but not even finding 10 minutes to provide me with information I found it really unprofessional.
