Bad experience. Unfriendly, unfriendly and unpleasant environment .. Person at the entrance very uneducated.

Nulla da dire sulla professionalità del personale medico, cordiale, disponibile e illustrativo per ciò di cui si necessita. Sono rimasto decisamente deluso dall'organizzazione della reception: una volta hanno dimenticato di avvisarmi dell'assenza del professionista in periodo di pre chiusura da Covid, l'altra più recente è che hanno provato a fregarmi dei soldi chiedendomi cifre che non erano come da preventivo. Quindi occhio, fatevi mettere sempre nero su bianco i costi delle prestazioni quando andate da privati. In pratica si è trattati peggio se ti presenti da privato. I have used the facility several times, in different contexts (loanable, private and supplementary assistance). Nothing to say about the professionalism of the medical staff, friendly, helpful and illustrative for what is needed. I was definitely disappointed with the organization of the reception: once they forgot to inform me of the absence of the professional in the period of pre-closure from Covid, the other most recent is that they tried to steal money from me by asking me for figures that were not as quoted . So beware, always have the costs of services put down on paper when you go private. In practice, you are treated worse if you show up as a private person.

Non tornerò mai più in questo centro, alla recption c'era un'addetta che è stata di una scortesia e anche poco educata. Quando gli ho detto che non sarei più tornato, mi ha risposto con un sorriso ironico "faccia come vuole". Apposto del direttore sanitario non sarei felice di una risposta del genere data un paziente. La dermatologa anch'essa la gentilezza ha dimenticato dove stesse di casa. Per finire alla recption sono stato violato dei diritti sulla privacy ,in quanto ho dovuto lasciare a mia moglie il bancomat con pin scritto in un pezzetto di carta, perché io non potevo entrare a pagare. In conclusione le altre visite che dovevo prenotare, li prenoto da un'altra parte. On the 29th of June 2021, I have accompanied my wife. I will never return to this center, there was an assistant who was at the reception of a rudeness and also not very polite. When I told him I would never come back, he replied with a wry smile "do as you please". Affixed to the medical director I would not be happy with such an answer given a patient. The dermatologist also kindness forgot where she was at home. Finally, at the recption I was violated my privacy rights, as I had to leave my wife the ATM with the pin written in a piece of paper, because I could not enter to pay. In conclusion, the other visits that I had to book, I book them elsewhere.

In my experience I highly recommend excellent rehabilitation considering the time available, the physiotherapists I found them excellent I found myself and I am very well ... P	Pasqualina Giugliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante le feste di Natale per una settimana sono aperti al mattino,per il resto sono chiusi fino al 10 di Gennaio.Se ai bisogno di fare un esame o una visita o fisioterapia puoi anche morire.Le prenotazioni online sono sempre chiuse.Vado li solo perché sono tesserata coop. During the Christmas holidays for a week they are open in the morning, otherwise they are closed until January 10th. If you need an exam or a visit or physiotherapy you can even die. Online reservations are always closed. because I am a member of the coop.
A	Anna Maria Orlandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente contenta dell'ecografia che è stata eseguita in modo estremamente frettoloso e superficiale, dubito che si possa capire qualcosa in così poco tempo, il medico per niente cordiale e noncurante; anche se uno esegue l'esame pagando solo il ticket dovrebbe essere trattato meglio! Not at all happy with the ultrasound that was performed in an extremely hasty and superficial way, I doubt that we can understand anything in such a short time, the doctor not at all cordial and careless; even if one takes the exam paying only the ticket it should be treated better!

Il giorno della visita ti fanno attendere su una scala al freddo per 15 minuti, poi il dottore arriva con 40 minuti di ritardo!!!! Quando tocca al mio numero, ed erano già in ritardo di 1 ora(!!!) Fanno entrare un'altra persona e non si sa perché!!! "Mi hanno detto di ricevere prima questa persona". Mavaffa..... The day before the appointment they call me and postpone a week: patience. On the day of the visit they make you wait on a ladder in the cold for 15 minutes, then the doctor arrives 40 minutes late !!!! When it's my number, and they were already 1 hour late (!!!) They let another person in and no one knows why !!! "They told me to get this person first." Mavaffa .....

Ho prenotato una visita dermatologica con tanto di autorizzazione da assicurazione, mi chiamano dicendo che il dottore stava operando d'urgenza. Fissiamo altro appuntamento,arrivo puntuale e l'incaricato alla reception mi dice che il dottore non c'era ,e qualcuno di si sarebbe dimenticato di avvisarmi....perso di nuovo la visita, con tanto di ore a lavoro. Un po' infastidita riprovo a prendere ancora appuntamento, visto i continui rinvii causa COVID,ho accettato mio malgrado. Eccomi finalmente il giorno dell'appuntamento, arrivo, nuovamente preso permesso a lavoro, e scopro che l'autorizzazione dall'assicurazione manca. L'incaricato allo sportello mi consiglia di pagare per poi farmi rimborsare dall'assicurazione. Vista la storia infinita, ho pagato. Arrivo a casa e chiamo l'assicurazione,che mi risponde dicendomi che questa prestazione non avrà rimborso. Richiamo la struttura chiedendo di venirmi incontro e poter parlare col dirigente....con scuse banali non mi è mai stato passato. Pessimo è dir poco,non ci tornerei ne tanto meno lo consiglierei ad alcuno. Molto cordiale invece la professionista Not satisfied at all! An odyssey! I recall the structure asking to come to meet me and be able to speak with the manager .... with trivial excuses I have never been passed. Bad is an understatement, I would not go back nor would I recommend it to anyone. The professional, on the other hand, is very friendly
