★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non rispondono mai, il personale è incompetente e sempre sgarbato soprattutto dell'ufficio esteri, sempre in ritardo di almeno 40 minuti e non ti guardano nemmeno in faccia, ogni volta è un'esperienza terribile.
they never answer, the staff is incompetent and always rude especially from the foreign office, always late for at least 40 minutes and they don't even look you in the face, every time it's a terrible experience.
