Used a few times to rent a van. Competitive prices, courteous and helpful staff, recent, clean and efficient vehicles. All in all, all right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HO PAGATO UN NOLEGGIO, AL MOMENTO DEL RITIRO NON MI HANNO DATO IL FURGONE E NON MI HANNO RESTITUITO IL DENARO. Ho prenotato un furgone in data 18.11 con ritiro 22.11, l'ho richiesto con precise dimensioni per effettuare un carico e scarico in dei sotterranei. Il 22.11 mi sono recato presso gli uffici per il ritiro ed il furgone non c'era, non hanno avuto neppure l'accortezza di avvisarmi evitandomi il viaggio. Ho riferito che avrei rinunciato al noleggio, il furgone disponibile era troppo alto, per formalizzare la rinuncia volevano che chiamassi un 199... dai loro uffici per avvisare la loro direzione. Dopo una breve discussione La filiale di Settimo chiama la sede e annullano il noleggio per loro inadempienza. OGGI 07.12 dopo diversi solleciti telefonici e scritti l'ultimo questa mattina non mi è stato ancora restituito il denaro !!! Anche se si tratta di poco farò il dovuto per il recupero della somma.
I PAID A RENTAL, AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE VAN AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY. I booked a van on 18.11 with collection 22.11, I requested it with precise dimensions to carry out a loading and unloading in the basement. On 22.11 I went to the collection offices and the van was not there, they did not even have the foresight to notify me avoiding the trip. I reported that I would give up the rental, the available van was too high, to formalize the waiver they wanted me to call a 199 ... from their offices to notify their management. After a brief discussion, the Settimo branch calls the office and they cancel the rental due to their default. TODAY 07.12 after several telephone reminders and written the last one this morning the money has not yet been returned !!! Even if it is a small matter, I will do my due to recover the sum.
