★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità delle loro penne non sono certo io a scoprirla. Voglio invece sottolineare la loro affezione al cliente che rende questa azienda un vanto nel mondo per il nostro Paese.
Ho una penna Aurora degli anni '90 a cui sono molto affezionato, in quanto regalatami da mio padre. Dopo anni di servizio purtroppo si è rotta. Contattando il servizio clienti si sono resi subito disponibili riuscendo a ripararla GRATUITAMENTE.
 I am certainly not the one to discover the quality of their pens. Instead, I want to underline their affection for the customer which makes this company a source of pride for our country in the world.
I have an Aurora pen from the 90s that I am very fond of, as it was given to me by my father. Unfortunately, after years of service it broke down. By contacting customer service they made themselves available immediately and managed to repair it for FREE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una penna Aurora ricevuta in regalo più di 30 anni fà. Nel frattempo si rotta, me l'hanno riparata per un prezzo molto moderato, tenedo conto che hanno anche adattato una biro della stessa epoca alle richariche attuali. E le due penne sono bellissime.
I have an Aurora pen received as a gift over 30 years ago. In the meantime it broke, they repaired it for a very moderate price, taking into account that they also adapted a pen from the same era to the current refills. And the two pens are beautiful.

Ho svariate penne stilografiche, che uso con piacere da decenni, ed ho avuto necessità di assistenza per una penna in edizione limitata; sono stati molto cortesi (via mail e telefonicamente) e professionali, intervenendo oltretutto gratuitamente. Grazie Aurora!
Sooner or later I will go to visit the company ... I have several fountain pens, which I have been using with pleasure for decades, and I needed assistance with a limited edition pen; they were very courteous (by e-mail and by telephone) and professional, also intervening for free. Thanks Aurora!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply dishonest company. They marketed and sold a pen called the Aurora Optima Nebulosa as a North American exclusive and limited edition less than two years before they rereleased it as a regular edition worldwide for substantially less.
Their social media manager lies through their teeth on their Instagram page when questioned about it. If you post proof to the contrary they just delete it and ban you. Whoever is in charge over there can't even Google basic info on the pens they're supposed to be selling or ask Aurora directly for the correct information.
Reselling a limited edition as a regular edition breaks consumer protection laws in both New York State and Illinois. There are likely other states where this is considered illegal as well since each state has its own laws.
Gorgeous pens but the company's tactics are scummy unfortunately. I bought four of them previously and used one to sign my wedding certificate but Aurora's blatant lies have killed my desire to ever buy another.
Plenty of other pen makers out there who won't lie to your face to make a sale.
