Prenoto 1 MESE PRIMA DELLA PARTENZA TRAMITE TELEFONO, mi presento di persona agli uffici, dove chiedo informazioni sull'affitto di un pulmino a 7 posti.. Mi fanno un buon preventivo, 2 conducenti, km illimitati, assistenza e carroattezzii...il ragazzo mi richiede le patenti dei guidatori e carta di credito per poter concludere il tutto... Do la patente al ragazzo, fa la fotocopia,tutto apposto... Mancava solo la carta di credito (che al momento non avevo) e la 2 patente del 2 autista.. Tutto ok.. Ci dicono di presentarci al momento del ritiro del mezzo... 1 MESE DOPO, AL MOMENTO DELLA PARTENZA mi ripresento con carta di credito e con il 2 autista... MI VIENE DETTO CHE NON È POSSIBILE RITIRARE IL MEZZO IL PERCHÉ NON AVEVAMO 25 ANNI COMPIUTI!!!!!! Allorché faccio presente che era da più di un mese che avevo effettuato la prenotazione del mezzo e nessuno mi aveva avvertito o segnalato la cosa.... Alla fine dei giochi ho perso il mezzo, del tempo e il viaggio... MI AVETE RECATO UN GROSSO DANNO!!!! VERGOGNATEVI, nessun dipendente che è stato capace ad avvertirci in tempo la cosa... Visto che la prenotazione è stata fatta 1 MESE PRIMA DELLA PARTENZA, e un ragazzo mi aveva anche ritirato la patente di guida per fare le fotocopie, sapete una cosa? Cari dipendenti hertz? Nella patente c'è anche LA DATA DI NASCITA!!!!!!!! VI RINGRAZIO INFINITAMENTE A MAI PIÙ RIVEDERCI I had to leave for a trip with my friends in Croatia, then we turn to the ferry terminal hertz .. Depois de muito reclamar e de quase 1,5 hora de espera, entregaram um furgão velho, com mais de 105.000km, todo batido, com pneu careca e sujo. Péssimo. Não recomendo. They did not have the car reserved, they insisted on delivering a lower-class car and where the luggage would not fit, plus charging more than the reserve amount. After much complaining and almost 1.5 hours waiting, they delivered an old van, with more than 105,000km, all beaten, with a bald tire and dirty. Terrible. I do not recommend.
