★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilissimo contattarli telefonicamente. Dopo numerosi tentativi sono riuscito a parlare e mi hanno riferito che era possibile ritirare l'auto di domenica. Non hanno fatto cenno ad alcun sovrapprezzo, ma al momento del ritiro si sono intascati 50 euro senza ricevuta! I km riportati sullo scontrino del ritiro erano inferiori a quelli reali. Ho consegnato l'auto all'aeroporto di Palermo, prima dell'orario di apertura, con la stessa quantità di benzina al ritiro; ciononostante mi hanno prelevato dalla carta di credito un costo per il carburante. L'auto era sporca e puzzava di fumo. Se proprio dovete servirvi di questa Hertz, controllate e concordate ogni dettaglio!
Very difficult to contact them by phone. After several attempts I managed to speak and they told me it was possible to collect the car on Sunday. They did not mention any surcharge, but at the time of collection they pocketed 50 euros without a receipt! The km reported on the withdrawal receipt were lower than the real ones. I delivered the car to Palermo airport, before opening time, with the same amount of petrol at the pick-up; nevertheless, a fuel charge was taken from my credit card. The car was dirty and smelled of smoke. If you really have to use this Hertz, check and agree on every detail!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pay an extra day. The guy from Hertz confirmed that we can return the car later without any extra costs. One week later he did not remember. So we have been "stupid Clients"... never rent Hertz again.

We called on Wednesday to book a car until Monday and the employee has been helpful to find the best price and availability.
The car was in good condition except the remote battery and some minor issues with the rear window.
All in all a good hertz experience.
Unfortunately they don't have an adequate parking lot in front of the office.
