Hertz

Non completo il numero delle stelle perché alla riconsegna della vettura l'adetta alla riconsegna si presentava loquace sorridente e gentile mentre la ragazza che andava a visionare la vettura si soffermava con molta attenzione e titubanza su quello che pensava fosse un danno, e per il solo fatto che mi sono permesso di far notare che era la strisciata di un insetto che si era frantumato sulla vettura, con aria di sufficienza, arroganza e maleducazione mi faceva notare che non faceva altro che il suo lavoro. Per me era lavoro inutile perché il mezzo l'avevo assicurato con il sistema KASKO.

Al ritiro sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Alla riconsegna sgarbati e soprattutto imbroglioni sul chilometraggio.... E dopo una piccola discussione nella quale poi la ragione era la mia neanche la decenza di chiedere scusa....

Il posto è quanto di più aquallido si possa Immaginare. Vetture da noleggiare parcheggiate in strada ed assistenza pari a zero. Ma perché la hertz lo tiene aperto? Se non fosse per il personale sempre gentile e disponibile sarebbe da chiudere .

Senza infamia e senza lode. Poche le auto disponibili. Sbrigativi, non troppo attenti alle esigenze del cliente quanto piuttosto ad abbassare la serranda gia prima dell'orario di chiusura. Sinceramene consiglio altri centri sia per la varieta' dei veicoli, sia per l'accoglienza e la disponibilta del personale. Se ci si vuole accontentare, di un servizio "medio" va bene anche questo.

Un servizio per figli e figliastri.... Pessimo, noleggiare e poi cambiare senza avvisare..... Alla lunga la professionalità pesa e viene a galla ma dubito per chi lavora li

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Irma, Argentina ed Antonella sono un plus! Ormai mi servo da loro da 3 anni e fanno sempre di tutto per non creare disagio e soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Sadly, I’m going to have to write a terrible review. To begin, I want to say that the people here at nice, but the front desk lady was incompetent. Aside from the fact that they did not have the size car we ordered, which posed a who stressful slew of events trying to fit too many people/stuff into the only one they had, they tricked us into buying super coverage insurance by telling us the charges were for the deposit not the insurance then urging us to sign on the line insisting we would not be paying a dime. I honestly think she herself had no idea what the contract said so she made up the fact about the deposit. After verbally declining all additional insurance over and over again and refusing to sign the contract that said we were accepting it, she assured us that the money would just be held as a deposit and returned to us when we returned the car. Not the case! After 3 weeks of calls to both Italy and American and going out of our way to stop at another physical Hertz location, I was told repeatedly that since we signed the contract (which she lied to us about), we must pay it. I feel like we were scammed into these charges because the employee did not understand her own paperwork and lied to us. The total charges we must pay are almost $800 in coverage we did not need and did not want. From a customer service standpoint, this location is incredibly awful. They would not even offer to reduce the charges and refused to give me the name of their boss so that I could at least explain the situation and urge him/her to further educate this employee. If you choose to use this location, do not trust anything they say about additional charges and do not sign anything they say is for a deposit!!!!!!
