★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotano solo auto se chiedi un minivan 10 giorni di preavviso scarsa professionalità e prezzi non sempre concorrenziali. Ce di meglio. Mi sarei aspettato di più da una grande azienda.
Book cars only if you ask for a minivan 10 days notice with little professionalism and not always competitive prices. It could be better. I would have expected more from a big company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riconsegna della macchina prevista per sabato 8 agosto alle ore 12, proviamo dalle 10 a chiamare per comunicare l'orario preciso di arrivo ma al telefono non risponde nessuno. Quando arriviamo alle 11:55 troviamo tutto chiuso. Sapevano perfettamente che saremmo arrivati a riconsegnare la macchina ma senza avvisarci probabilmente sono andati in ferie. Inutile dire che il disguido ci ha causato notevoli disagi.
Return of the car scheduled for Saturday 8 August at 12, we try to call from 10 to communicate the exact time of arrival but no one answers the phone. When we arrive at 11:55 we find everything closed. They knew perfectly well that we would come to return the car but without informing us they probably went on vacation. It goes without saying that the inconvenience caused us considerable inconvenience.
