Spero che l'escursione venga riproposta anche il prossimo anno perché è stata davvero fantastica. L'organizzazione è stata precisa e puntuale. Le guide molto competenti e chiare nelle spiegazioni, hanno anche mostrato una buona dose di pazienza verso il sottoscritto: tutte le mie domande e curiosità sulle costellazioni osservate hanno trovato sempre una risposta. In definitiva ho ricevuto un ottimo servizio e consiglio a tutti questa compagnia turistica. I took part in the night tour of the Ciane reserve organized for San Lorenzo on August 10th. I hope that the excursion is proposed again next year because it was really fantastic. The organization was precise and punctual. The very competent guides and clear explanations, also showed a lot of patience to myself: all my questions and curiosity regarding the observed constellations have always found an answer. Ultimately I received great service and would recommend this tour company to everyone.

In our case, due to a possible limitation to the planned route, we were promptly proposed a change of the tour date to allow us to take full advantage of the experience.The guide who accompanied us was very prepared, punctual and pleasant in conversation . He calmly led us to all the points of interest, enriching the tour with curiosity and useful information (including advice on the culinary specialties of the place). Recommended!

After multiple emails back and forth, the company PROMISED, in fact GUARANTEED, that they would provide me with a particular tour guide. They didn’t. Our tours were well below what I expected. I would understand if the guide I was promised was sick but she was not! I saw her leading a different group! I am sure that the company determined that they could make more money if they screwed me. Avoid this company. Pay a little more and use uncovered Sicily or Prestelli tours. I made a mistake. Don’t repeat it. This company does not deserve the reviews they have on TA. They are only after your money. Addendum--the owner has replied and it is a complete lie. On May 21, 2 1/2 months prior to the tour I have an email from Sebastiano guaranteeing me a certain guide. Here is the second sentence from that email: "We have assigned Eva as guide for both tours." He then provided me with Eva's contact information since she was to be my guide for the tours. This was until the company, or the guide herself decided that they could make more money with a different plan. This company is dishonest. Think Bait and Switch. I would never use them again and if you were smart, you wouldn't either. You deserve better.
