Veramente un Negozio a 5 stelle lusso.
 Shop located in a country, has a great staff friendly and ready for every customer need, professionally prepared for every request, the dressing definitely done well and with excellent quality products, the great store and with a huge selection of products for our four-legged friends and not only have all products for birds, fish and much more. Truly a 5-star luxury store.

L’ addetto che si trova dietro alla cassa è molto antipatico, non risponde al saluto e poco disponibile a dare spiegazioni dimostrandosi distaccato e arrogante. Si renda conto della sua posizione e tratti i clienti con gentilezza. Siccome non si sa mai chi può capitarci di fronte( in questo caso io , una medico ) metterei da parte L atteggiamento di superiorità. Mi dispiace per il proprietario, una persona veramente simpatica e cordiale. Generalmente non amo i feedback, ma questo episodio meritava una nota di demerito.
I was there a few days ago and I will never go back. The clerk behind the counter is very unpleasant, does not respond to the greeting and is not very willing to give explanations, proving to be detached and arrogant. Be aware of your position and treat customers with kindness. Since you never know who might come across (in this case I, a doctor), I would put aside the attitude of superiority. I am sorry for the owner, a really nice and friendly person. Generally I don't like feedback, but this episode deserved a demerit note.
