Ho ordinato un pezzo maxi,arrivato in pochissimi giorni, imballaggio al top,lo apro ed esce graffiato!!! Alle mie telefonate messaggi, email e video vengo risposta solo dopo 5 giorni ,alla mia ennesima telefonata. Prima mi è stato detto che dovevo mandare indietro il pacco,a mie spese come da prassi,poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto la cortesia di mandare un corriere loro senza pagare,ma che eventualmente il mio pezzo fosse arrivato rotto avrei perso il rimborso,e che per giunta hanno la foto del mio pezzo senza graffi prima dell'imballaggio!!! Ma se l'imballaggio è perfetto come fa ad essere graffiato? Cmq il pezzo me lo tengo perché a sto punto non rischio di perdere una bella somma, lo regalo cmq informando della situazione, e alla fine avete perso due clienti!!!! I have purchased many times on this site, but this time it was the last !!! I ordered a maxi piece, arrived in a few days, top packaging, I open it and it comes out scratched !!! My phone calls, messages, emails and videos are answered only after 5 days, to my umpteenth phone call. First I was told that I had to send the package back, at my expense as usual, then they told me that they would do me the courtesy of sending them a courier without paying, but that eventually my piece had arrived broken I would have lost the refund , and who also have the photo of my piece without scratches before packing !!! But if the packaging is perfect how can it be scratched? Anyway I keep the piece because at this point I don't risk losing a nice sum, I give it cmq informing of the situation, and in the end you have lost two customers !!!!
M	Maria Cafarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merce ordinata il 9 gennaio ,sento il negozio dopo 20 giorni e mi dice che c'è un ritardo nella consegna della merce ,ci risentiamo dopo il 7 febbraio data in cui avrebbero dovuto ricevere tutto, il 10 ancora nulla. Ci accordiamo per il rimborso visto che non sanno quando i miei articoli gli sarebbero stati consegnati. A oggi ancora nessuna notizia dei miei soldi......contattati ripetutamente non si sono fatti sentire.....tra poco provvederò a farmi sentire con il mio avvocato!!!! Per farla breve, ad oggi 17 Febbraio 2022 dopo molteplici solleciti non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso...nel frattempo ho dovuto bloccare la carta con cui avevo pagato e ho comunicato loro telefonicamente un nuovo iban dove farmi il bonifico. Oggi ultima chiamata e mi hanno detto che provvederanno al rimborso...ma nel giro di 5 mesi sono più volte che mi dicono così. Consiglio...prima di pagare accertatevi che i prodotti siano VERAMENTE disponibili.Spero vivamente di ricevere le mie € 76.80!!!!! Esperienza veramente pessima, ho fatto due ordini per un totale di circa 170.00 euro,pagamento immediato tramite bonifico, a distanza di un paio di giorni uno dall altro, questo verso fine dicembre, ordinando per lo più dei Thun. Solo dopo le mie insistenti mail mi ripsondono che alcuni oggetti non sono più disponibili, altri invece arriveranno a breve, così aspetto e ancora aspetto, richiedo il rimborso totale al che mi rispondo che il mio ordine sarebbe partito in data odierna, e gli oggetti mancanti, per un valore di euro 22.00 circa mi sarebbero rimborsati. Il pacco è fortunatamente arrivato, dopo più di un mese e 10 giorni dal mio ordine, il bonifico è arrivato pochi giorni fa. Mai successa una cosa simile con un negozio,c'è veramente pochissima attenzione al cliente,totalmente bocciati, a mai più. Bad experience I leave a star because zero is not possible. Abito verso il nord Italia, direi che la spedizione è stata molto veloce. Trovo che la scelta aziendale di addebitare il costo solo dopo la verifica della disponibilità dell'articolo sia molto corretta. Scelto l'articolo si inoltra l'ordine, successivamente arriva mail con la quale il cliente viene informato della disponibilità dell'articolo e viene chiesto il pagamento utilizzando il link contenuto nella stessa mail. Successive comunicazioni avvisano dello stato dell'ordine. Nulla da dire relativamente all'imballo, c'era anche lo scotch con scritto fragile. Sicuramente acquisterò altri articoli in futuro. Ho ordinato online degli articoli Thun in promozione, sconti reali. Ho atteso un po' la spedizione, d'altronde siamo in un periodo molto intenso, NATALE. Oggi ho ricevuto il pacco, imballo molto accurato per evitare di danneggiare il contenuto. Esperienza di acquisto positiva. Update review. Gli articoli sebbene gli articoli thun hanno già un loro imballaggio devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da come il negozio ha avuto cura di mettere il pluriball all' interno del pacco. Gli articoli sono conformi alle foto e non presentano imperfezioni. L' unica cosa è che consiglio vivamente di cambiare corriere. Abitando alla marina della città mi sono dovuta recare alla sede per prendere il pacco perché loro non rispondevano al telefono e non sapevano quando mi avrebbero portato il pacco. E lo trovo scorretto visto che l' azienda ha pagato le spedizioni. Per il resto consiglio l' acquisto presso questo venditore. Very happy with the purchase. Nonostante l' imprevisto il servizio è stato buono, sono stata contattata telefonicamente per essere informata dell' assenza di un articolo, sono stati gentili e disponibili, il rimborso è arrivato subito il pacco è arrivato dopo 1 giorno dalla spedizione. Pacco ben imballato e curato. Acquisterò sicuramente ancora dal sito e lo suggerisco. Il servizio clienti è attivo e risponde sia tramite telefono, whatsapp e facebook. Buon sito affidabile. Peccato che il pacco (in toto), sia partito soltanto l'08.02.2022. Imballaggio pessimo (seguono foto), uno degli oggetti è arrivato praticamente rotto, polistirolo di alcuni oggetti già spaccato, pezzi di altri cartoni usati per coprire la parte superiore di alcune scatole... Aggiungo che sto aspettando da ieri (03.02.2022) di essere ricontattata per il cambio\reso merce rotta. VI RICONTATTEREMO TRA 10 MIN... e sono passate 24 ore.. MAI PIU'!
