Il personale è molto preparato, disponibile e paziente ed in tutti i modi cerca di soddisfare il cliente. Offre molteplici proposte per tutte le destinazioni e le richieste, sia per chi vuole risparmiare e sia per i più esigenti. Ambiente climatizzato e confortevole.
Easy to reach travel agency; located in the Municipality of Ischia, in the Sant'Antuono area; in front there is also the bus stop and a parking lot. The staff is very prepared, available and patient and in every way tries to satisfy the customer. It offers multiple proposals for all destinations and requests, both for those who want to save money and for the most demanding. Air-conditioned and comfortable environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una crociera tramite una mia amica con cui ho litigato conoscente degli impiegati, non solo non hanno voluto rilasciarmi i biglietti perché non ho portato io i soldi personalmente il che potrebbe essere anche accettabile ma non si sono degnati nemmeno di avvisarmi del cambio passeggero in cabina, nonostante fino al giorno prima io avessi prenotazione e biglietto a mio nome, rischiando di farmi arrivare inutilmente a Civitavecchia per imbarcare. Anzi hanno l'agente ha addirittura chiuso i contatti con me bloccandomi. Comprendo la situazione difficile da gestire ma non tollero la scarsa professionalità e la mancanza di serietà. Sconsigliata.
I booked a cruise through a friend of mine with whom I quarreled about the employees, not only did they not want to give me the tickets because I didn't bring the money personally which could be acceptable but they didn't even bother to tell me about the passenger change in cabin, despite the fact that until the day before I had a reservation and ticket in my name, risking to get me in vain to Civitavecchia to embark. Indeed they have the agent even closed contacts with me blocking me. I understand the difficult situation to manage but do not tolerate the lack of professionalism and lack of seriousness. Not recommended.
