Si trova di fianco alla Torre di S.Cassiano, nel punto più elevato della rupe, ben riconoscibile per il grande crocifisso affrescato sulla sua parete.
È la degna tappa finale di chi visita Sabiona.
Contiene bellissimi affreschi, che vanno dal XV al XVII secolo.
Meriterebbe di essere più conosciuta.
Visitabile, però verificate prima gli orari di apertura.
