R	ROBERTA MORETTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All’inizio(10 anni fa) era una bella palestra ora è tutto abbandonato e lasciato al caso. Pesi vecchi e rotti, sala fitness pericolosa, il parquet è rovinato e le viti di congiunzione fuoriescono dallo stesso, tappetini sporchi, rotti e vecchi. È poco attrezzata di tutto il necessario per poter praticare allenamento funzionale (gli altri heaven hanno il triplo degli attrezzi) La palestra ha riaperto a maggio con pochissime lezioni ed è chiusa il sabato e la domenica pur avendole pagate nell’abbonamento annuale. I ragazzi che ci lavorano non ne hanno colpa, sono gentili e professionali , tutto dipende da una gestione superficiale e non in grado di dare visibilità a questa struttura. Ma dico casso è possibile almeno all’uscita mettere un interruttore senza dover rimanere sequestrati!! Le persone che sono alla reception lasciamo stare.. ti vedono che sei in due ed aprono una volta , ma dico come si fa a questi livelli???! Ed io dovrei pagare il doppio per essere trattato così? Sono bastate due prove per capire che il buon giorno si vede dal mattino!! Risolvete questo problema perché è vergognoso nel 2021! Date delle tessere ospite non ci vuole molto! Locali spogliatoio puliti. Sports center with gym and swimming pools (for adults and children). As for the swimming pool, I must say that the instructors are very good. Clean changing rooms.

Quest’anno abbiamo pagato addirittura in più a trimestrale rispetto all’annuale di prima per avere cosa ? Una zona spa che apre alle 12 ( cosa assurda perché se io pago un servizio deve essere garantito anche alle 8 del mattino ) e per di più sempre in manutenzione o mal funzionante. La vasca idromassaggio o è in manutenzione oppure non si può utilizzare perché l’acqua è fredda , la sauna che solitamente la temperatura dovrebbe essere compresa da un minimo di 60º a 100º è sempre a 60º perché c’è aria che passa tra la porta di chiusura è il muro , il bagno turco anche quello non è mai a temperatura. Allora io mi chiedo pagare di più per cosa ? Per avere servizi ancora più scadenti ? Non vi accorgete che ormai siamo rimasti 4 gatti a frequentare la struttura ? E per di più quando si va in reception a far notare queste cose ti sanno dire hai ragione . Io lo so che ho ragione come so che alla fine la ragione è dei fessi dato che in 3 mesi nonostante ho fatto notare ripetutamente queste cose non è mai migliorato nulla , anzi ! Avrà avuto le sue pecche come tutto spero che, per quelli che la hanno criticata sarete contenti che chiude. Oltretutto era accessibile per tutti. Questa situazione pandemica ha colpito tutti , per chi si può permettere di pagarne una più cara complimenti.oltretutto molto frequentata dai bambini con il nuoto, peccato davvero!!!
