Compri l'acqua che vuoi e quando ll finisci tornano a prendersi i resi. Ottimo I have been using the service for three months now, I feel good. Pessimi! Bad experience, I contacted them and asked them about the "returnable" service, they completely ignored it, they just tried to take my data to send me the water without even asking me what water I wanted. Chiami o scrivi una mail, ordini l’acqua che vuoi e te la consegnano con pagamento alla consegna. Niente contratti, vincoli e burocrazia. Alla consegna successiva prendono i resi e portano le casse ordinate. Inoltre sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Davvero accontentano il cliente! I buy water in glass from them for months now. Convenient, easy and fast service. Call or write an email, order the water you want and deliver it to you on payment. No contracts, restrictions and bureaucracy. At the next delivery they take the returns and bring the boxes ordered. They are also very kind and extremely available. They really satisfy the customer!

Ora c’è una signora molto scortese che mi conferma per telefono l'ordine di 2 casse d’acqua ,ma poi, sono già due venerdì che succede, l'acqua non arriva e nemmeno avverte. Oltretutto io ordino l'acqua in vetro a rendere, quindi sono 3 settimane che la devo acquistare in altri posti oltre ad avere in casa 24 bottiglie vuote e i 10 euro di deposito cauzionale che chissà se mai riavrò indietro The first few times I placed my orders I was answered by a very kind young lady and I was always happy with her. Now there is a very rude lady who confirms the order for 2 cases of water over the phone, but then, it has already happened two Fridays, the water does not arrive and does not even warn. Moreover, I order the water in returnable glass, so it is 3 weeks that I have to buy it in other places as well as having 24 empty bottles at home and the 10 euro security deposit that I wonder if I will ever get it back

Negano il fatto che dalle fatture risulti versata la mia cauzione per le casse (quindi non vogliono rimborsarmi i 15€) ed inoltre, malgrado la mia educazione e disponibilità a ridargli indietro il vuoto senza riavere la somma che mi spetta, per 2 settimane consecutive mi hanno dato appuntamenti senza attenderli. Adesso ho 32 bottiglie vuote in balcone. Devono chiudere. Mi dispiace perché l'idea è ottima. Ma non si lavora così, prendendo in giro le persone. Terrible.
