Lucio è stato gentilissimo, molto tecnico e davvero davvero paziente (ti ringrazio moltissimo). Essendo di Udine, non ho potuto visitare il negozio fisico, ma tra telefonate e svariate mail alla fine siamo riusciti a concludere tutto. Hanno saputo indirizzarmi molto bene sull'acquisto, mi hanno seguito durante tutta la fase, dalla scelta del SUP all'arrivo della merce a casa mia. Devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto e davvero contento. Molto disponibili, cordiali e professionali. Per chi, come me, è alla ricerca di materiale da surf/sup questo è sicuramente un grande punto di riferimento e lo consiglio a tutti. I had the pleasure of buying through the Hawaiian Surfing shop a beautiful rigid Starboard SUP and two fantastic carbon paddles (alas, I will have to wait until February to receive it). Lucio was very kind, very technical and really really patient (thank you very much). Being from Udine, I could not visit the physical store, but between phone calls and various emails we were able to finish everything. They knew how to address me very well on the purchase, they followed me throughout the phase, from the choice of the SUP to the arrival of the goods to my house. I must say that I am very satisfied and really happy. Very helpful, friendly and professional. For those who, like me, are looking for surf / sup material this is definitely a great reference point and I recommend it to everyone.
