Con loro fare pratica - l’estate fronte mare - amplifica gli effetti benefici dello yoga portandoli con se tutto il resto della giornata . Andrea sempre disponibile ad approfondire qualsiasi argomento o domanda che sia e Giovanna ritengo sia imbattibile sul rilassamento. Only compliments and nice words for the wonderful Andrea and Giovanna, attentive and very competent teachers. Practicing with them - the summer facing the sea - amplifies the beneficial effects of yoga by bringing them with you the rest of the day. Andrea always available to investigate any topic or question that is and Giovanna I think is unbeatable on relaxation. My summer reference point for the well-being of the soul and body! Really highly recommended !!!!
