Mia figlia non solo ha ricevuto libri stampati male (con la rilegatura sopra alle scritte o con un testo così piccolo da risultare illeggibile), ma ora non sappiamo nemmeno quando potremo passare a ritirare l’ordine visto che le è stato detto di controllare sul profilo Instagram del negozio che però risulta introvabile persino scannerizzando il qrcode presente sul tagliandino che ci è stato dato.
 Bad service! My daughter has not only received badly printed books (with the binding over the writing or with a text so small it is illegible), but now we don't even know when we will be able to pick up the order as she was told to check on the profile Instagram of the shop which, however, is unobtainable even by scanning the qrcode present on the coupon that was given to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo locale da quando ha aperto in via Zanella e vorrei evidenziare tre grandi criticità:
1) mancanza di personale (e quindi di un servizio attento e veloce)
2) mancanza di professionalità della neoassunta (lenta, sempre girata di spalle nonostante la presenza di clienti al bancone e perennemente con il broncio) e di simpatia/cordialità da parte di tutto il personale
3) mancanza di cura nel lavoro svolto (duplice errore nella rilegatura).
In conclusione, sono profondamente deluso e credo che il servizio sia peggiorato nel corso degli anni.
I have been attending this place since it opened in via Zanella and I would like to highlight three major problems:
1) lack of staff (and therefore of an attentive and fast service)
2) lack of professionalism of the new employee (slow, always turned away despite the presence of customers at the counter and perpetually sulking) and sympathy / cordiality on the part of all the staff
3) lack of care in the work done (double mistake in the binding).
In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed and believe the service has gotten worse over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo organizzato la presenza aziendale in congressi e fiere affidandoci al supporto di Hashtag print e il risultato ci ha soddisfatto: gadget, brochure, roll-up, cartellette, penne, borse ... Avevamo i tempi strettissimi: i titolari sono stati disponibili a cercare il materiale e hanno fatto il massimo per rispettare la scadenza. 3 consigli per gli utenti: 1) hanno molti lavori, quindi quando inviate materiale da stampare via mail è meglio avvisare anche al telefono 2) controllate i prodotti preparati 3) chiedete di visionare il mockup.
Dulcis in fundo: i prezzi e i tempi di consegna sono imbattibili
We organized the company presence in congresses and fairs relying on the support of Hashtag print and the result satisfied us: gadgets, brochures, roll-ups, folders, pens, bags ... We had very short deadlines: the owners were available to look for the material and did their utmost to meet the deadline. 3 tips for users: 1) they have many jobs, so when you send material to be printed by email it is better to notify them over the phone 2) check the prepared products 3) ask to view the mockup.
Last but not least: prices and delivery times are unbeatable
