★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assegno una stella solo perché non è possibile valutarlo meno! L'ignoranza e l'incapacità della proprietaria di rapportarsi al cliente è qualcosa che mi ha lasciata inorridita. Nonostante non avesse esaudito nessuna delle mie richieste ,eseguendo un taglio di per se corretto ma non corrispondente a quello che avessi espresso, si è permessa di darmi dell'ignorante invitandomi ad eseguire il mio lavoro non interferendo con il suo e ad allontanarmi quanto prima dalla struttura! Più che un parrucchiere lo definirei un mercato con tanto di banco del pesce... ambiente troppo provinciale, per chi come me cerca professionalità e personale pronto ad accettare critiche come motivo per migliorarsi e rendere felici i propri clienti!
Ps: Vorrei dire alla proprietaria che nella struttura non ci avrei messo mai più piede di mia spontanea volontà. Non occorreva il suo professionalissimo e "gentilissimo" invito! Grandissima cafona
I award a star only because it cannot be rated less! The owner's ignorance and inability to relate to the customer is something that has left me horrified. Although she had not fulfilled any of my requests, making a cut in itself correct but not corresponding to what I had expressed, she allowed herself to call me ignorant by inviting me to perform my work by not interfering with hers and to get away from it as soon as possible. structure! More than a hairdresser I would define it as a market complete with a fish counter ... too provincial environment, for those like me who are looking for professionalism and staff ready to accept criticism as a reason to improve themselves and make their customers happy!
Ps: I would like to tell the owner that I would never set foot in the structure again of my own free will. His very professional and "very kind" invitation was not needed! Great peasant
