La mattina alle 8.30 mi sono presentata per la piega e sono ritornata alle 14.00 come accordi presi per l'acconciatura . Mi ha fatto attendere circa un ora e mezza trattando male una sua dipendente che le si era avvicinata per ricordarle del mio impegno pomeridiano. Alla fine mi sono avvicinata spiegando personalmente il mio disagio e mi ha risposto in malo modo dicendo che dovevo aspettare e sarei potuta andare via. Il disagio è stato non indifferente.::vi invito a pensarci prima di diventare sue clienti. Penso che l'educazione e il rispetto debbano essere al primo posto!!)esperienza da dimenticare.
