p	pietro antonio stellato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo farvi una serie di complimenti iniziando dal nuovo allestimento del negozio il secondo è per la qualità indiscutibele della carne che vendete raramente ho mangiato carne che non si riduce in padella e la cosa straordinaria è l'assenza di rilascio di liquidi... il terzo complimento riguarda il banco espositivo che ti fa venir voglia di comprare tutto quello che c'è... e per ultimo ci tenevo a dire che sia il personale e sia vito il proprietario sono delle persone di un estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Complimenti non vi cambierei con nessuno. A	Anna Sibillano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana fa' sono stata in macelleria per un ordine e già lì la signora alla cassa si è dimostrata al quanto scocciata ,maleducata e scorbutica ..tanto che mio padre ,e chi lo conosce sá che persona sia, è uscito perché ha notato da parte della signora una certa scocciatura e maleducazione . Noi parlavamo e lei non ascoltava ma scriveva cosa scriveva poi ...cose sbagliate . Oggi infatti al ritiro dell'ordine non c'era quello che avevamo chiesto ma tutto sbagliato. Io lavoro con il pubblico ogni giorno e l'atteggiamento con il cliente non è certo quello dimostrato dalla signora in questione. Cambi mestiere e si vesta un po' di umiltà Oggi questa macelleria ha perso un cliente, e non solo uno. I work with the public every day and the attitude with the client is certainly not the one shown by the lady in question. Fatto notare più volte ma con scarsissimi risultati poiché il servizio continua ad essere indecente. Il cliente paga e di conseguenza DEVE essere servito secondo quanto richiesto, cosa che nell'ultimo periodo soprattutto non accade. Peccato, perché non è sempre stato così, ma ultimamente abbiamo mangiato un quarto di quanto ordinato. POOR SERVICE. Several times it has happened to receive completely burnt orders.
